The response from Your Repair is excellent. The allocated a Company to carry out my annual Boiler Service (Same Company I have had several times before) Whilst the engineer was here I mentioned a concern I had regarding a noise from the water, when tap was running. He then, during an extremely hot day go into my loft and work out the problem. He was above and beyond in doing this - I was so grateful. I would like to mention his name, but not sure this is possible. Your Repair then sent another engineer to carry out this problem. I am very impressed. Thank you.

I would strongly recommend checking the terms and conditions carefully before signing up. In my experience, the cancellation terms are very costly, and I would advise others to think carefully before choosing this company

Whilst we would always explore all options available to assist each customer on an individual basis, as a repair policy, our plans are for a 12-month term, as outlined in the Service & Support Agreement provided prior to signing up.
Unfortunately, the options we offered were not accepted, and you chose to proceed with the applicable termination fee. We can only apologise that we weren’t able to reach an outcome that suited you, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

All been a fine experience so far. Although when I signed up I had just purchased my home, and discovered the boiler was quite overdue a service. It was not clear before I signed up, but they only service boilers between Mar-Sep. So I could not get a service when I signed up (in the Nov/Dec). OK I accept that, but I had asked to be booked for as soon as it was available. This never happened though and I had to chase it up once i'd got through March without any contact. Otherwise I have only had them out to a leak and this was easily organised once I paid the callout charge associated with my subscription.
