Yuno did not get a signal from the smart meter so they estimated the bill and took it from my bill
Previously the bill was 30 euro
It seems like sharp practice the estimate should be based on previous bills
They have removed it from my account already and I will be in credit when I send in. a meter reading but no refund

Typically when actual reads aren't available for whatever reason, our estimated bills would be informed by your previous actual billing. It's quite odd to see such a jump in bill without a reason

We had a lovely experience talking on the helpline with Gwyneth. She helped us get out contract switched from the standard to the EV on that we had accidentally selected. There was only a couple of minutes waiting time too.
