I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. The room that I had was not up to standard. the window wasn't clean. the bathroom door was broken. The shower head needed to be cleaned. The tv remote barely worked. Their food/drink options were garbage along with the prices. Also, the valet service damaged my fiancés brand new car. A random MOTEL has better service than this place. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

The Wyndham in St. Robert Missouri is the worst. The manager charged for me for a room that the overbooked hotel could not accommodate. She was rude and very deceitful. Worst stay of my life at any hotel. I will NEVER patronize Wyndham again.

Pricing is ridiculous. Rooms and fixtures are ancient. Noisy, dirty, ill equipped. Lousy value all while the desk staff smirk about the rates.

stopped at a wyndham owned hotel in new mexico seemed ok from the front, my wife went in to pay for our room, {no we are on the dave ramsey plan so we dont have any credit cards,so we payed cash]. we drove around to the side of the hotel where our room was and there was homeless people walking around the parking lot, there was a man at the door two rooms down selling drugs, i knew they were drugs because he dropped 3 baggies with white stuff in them on the ground then picked them up and gave two of the bags to the woman inside that room. we open the door to our room and the place smelled real bad and there was two roaches climing up the wall by the door. we put our stuff right back in our car and went to the front desk to get our money back, she said she couldent give back cash refunds, i asked for her bosses number and get our checkout proof paper and called corp. the next day and was lied too and was only given 1/2 refund. during my time on the phone being transferred all over they pushed so hard to get us to buy in to their timeshare, which why would i want to stay at a place that they cant even control f these people ant their hotels, never again, good luck to you that try
Worst Hotel Ever!
I stayed at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Crestview Florida. It was very affordable but after staying I understand why. There was rampant drug dealing and using all day and night. There were also people roaming the property all the time who were not visiting any of the guests.
Best Rate Guarantee Sham
I booked two bayside rooms at the San Diego Bayside hotel which we have stayed at every 4th of July. The staff at this hotel are very accommodating and professional. So, the issue is not with them but the corporate Best Rate Guarantee. After booking with the central reservations, I found on their website a place to file for the better rate guarantee. The claim form was filled out with the competing website information and submitted. They did not get back to me in 24 hrs. as indicated so after 42 business hours I reached out to them. The response was they did not find that rate so there was not discount. I them made copies of the website with the rates and sent them the information which once again prompted the claim did not meet their guidelines and declined the lower rate. You can only communicate with the Best Rate by email. I called customer care who indicated they could not assist and I would have to email Best Rate guarantee to resolve. In response to their last email, I asked if they could explain why the claim did not meet their requirement. Guess what! No response. They never respond unless you contact them, I doubt very seriously of they ever agree to a lower rate.
Scam to keep full amount deposits charged upon reservation
On January 25, 2024 I cancelled a previous hotel reservation on wyndham hotels website (Cancelation 91766EE004469X) and I am yet to receive the refund from the full amount deposit ($ 1,107.20) that was charged on my credit card upon reservation. The reservation (#91766EE003894) was made on January 10, 2024 using the same website for 4 nigths (Feb 15-19, Townhouse Hotel by Luxurban Hotels in Miami Beach). When booking I opted for the "WYNDHAM REWARDS MEMBER RATE, FLEXIBLE rate" which, according to the website: "Cancel 72 hours prior to 3 pm on the day of arrival to avoid 1 night charge plus applicable tax". After calling Wyndham Reservation Department on February 5 (i.e. about 10 days after cancellation) to enquire why I hadn't yet received any information regarding the refund of the amount charged on my credit card, I was told to call directly the property, which I did on the same day. At Townhouse Hotel they told me that all refunds were processed centrally by Luxurban Hotels and I was given an e-mail address to contact. I sent mails to the
"Refunds Team" on February 5, March 7 and April 4 enquiring about the refund that was due. In their first reply on February 7, a Mrs. Alina C. replied that refunds typically take up to 30 business days to process (Amazing!). In the reply to the March 7 mail, after the 30 business days since cancellation had expired, the same Alina C. claimed that there was a "backlog" of refunds processing. The reply to my last mail (on April 4) informed me that they had
"escalated" my refund request to their accounting department, and its processing would be prioritized (that was more than a month ago!). Fed up with the lame excuses for not refunding the money I was charged, on April 8 I called the Wyndham Customer Care Department to complain. I explained the situation and my case was registered under #07351047. Since then I have received neither my refund nor any further information about the case. As I told the operator Mr. Jacey (?) during my call on April 8, as both the booking and the cancellation were made using Wyndham website, and my credit card was charged immediately after the reservation, I held Wyndham hotels as the main responsible for the delay in processing the refund. On April 26, 2024 I send an e-mail reminding the Wynham Customer Care Department that my refund was still to be processed but I got no reply.
Wyndham is now a CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE!
Wyndham is an organization that allows unsavory people to own hotel properties & to run them in fraudulent manners! I booked a hotel that falsely advertised itself with pictures of a DIFFERENT hotel property (that appeared nice/normal). The actual hotel was run-down & had homeless people loitering in a parking lot littered with decaying trash. I was charged for a night that I did not stay AND the manager tacked on a $100 "damage fee" without any proof of any damage! (Spoiler alert - there was no damage.) Corporate office DID NOTHING except RUN INTERFERENCE for this fraudulent hotel!!! Apparently, they WANT owners to be able to abuse and steal money from unwary customers!

Tired booking a hotel with them and kept being put on hold multiple times found out later on we would be staying on a sofa bed in stead of a regular bed. we tried to cancel and we couldn't get ahold of the hotel unless we called and followed the menu options over the phone to make a new reservation then finally got a hold of a person at the front desk then they proceeded to tell us that we were being charged for a room that we were not happy with. please reconsider staying with this branch of hotels at all costs!
Dishonest and Scheming Best Rate Guarantee Policy
Really terrible Best Rate Guarantee team. As a Diamond Member,I submitted a Best Rate claim and got a reply right away telling me that they would review the price match in 24 hours. However, they deliberatly delayed reviewing it six days later after the lodging fare expired. Then the team told me I am not eligible to get the best rate as ” the lower rate quoted on the competing website provided could not be found“.
They could have informed me of the result within 24 hours, so I could choose to book on another competing website and save money.
Advide: if you find a better rate ,book it right away and keep receipt as proof then make a claim with Wyndham.

I stayed a week at the Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Cherokee at 674 Casino Trail Cherokee North Carolina 28719 and it was the cleanest Wyndham Hotel I have ever stayed in! It was a friendly, clean and animal friendly as well! A great place to stay. The staff were all on spot and so very helpful. I would like to give praise and thanks to these ladies for their services - Robin (MGR) - Myka (GM) - Jenn (HG MGR) - Tammie (HG) Thank you all! I will be back!

J'étais client La Quinta Inn depuis quelques années lorsque Wyndham a repris la chaine. Lors du transfer, j'ai perdu mon status de client Elite ainsi que tous mes points. Cette &nnée j'ai tout de même utilisé l'application Wyndham pour mon roadtip en Floride mais malheureusement mon expérience avec leurs service est hyper négative. Je me plains de certains hôtels qui rendent un service très médiocre et ils se limitent à me renvoyer vers l'hôtel qui n'a que faire de mes commentaires. J'ai perdu à cause de leur incompétence et inaction car certaines nuits d'hôtel n'ont pas été comptabilisées comme membres. J'ai donc perdu des points de fidélités et donc des avantages. Je vais utiliser mes points actuels pour des nuits gratuites puis je supprime l'application et n'irai plus jamais dans leurs hôtels. Cela ne semble pas être un problème pour eux vu leur non réaction malgré mes plaintes ...
Wyndham isn’t what it used to be. Abuse of brand.
Wyndham hotel chain could be the worst destruction of a brand I have ever witnessed. It was once a name I could trust for a quality stay and experience. It is now an abuse of the brand to charge ridiculous rates for an extremely sub par experience. I was just gouged for over $400 for a room that Motel 8 would have been embarrassed to charge $100. The fact that they lend their name to an establishment like this has made me embarrassed that I fell for it. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on you. I will never stay at any hotel associated with Wyndham again. Shame.
Employees refused to return property
Employees refused to return my son's airpods, which were confirmed to be there by GPS. This was the ramada waikiki. The front desk guy, Melvin, stated my son had already left the hotel and when he realized his airpods were left behind he returned. ISNT THAT WHAT MOST PEOPLE DO? Anyhow, when my son returned and showed Melvin the "find my device " app acknowledging the pods were still there, MELVIN claimed to not have a key to the lost and found and further refused to check the room.
Sherman TX
Signing a $30 "deposit" for room damage in advance was my first clue that this Sherman, TX, Days Inn would be "special". I was tired and hungry, so I signed it having no concerns that would intentionally damage anything. I have pictures of a hole in the bathroom door, a missing Kleenex container, an old stained bathroom sink and soiled bed linens. I saw a dull stain on the bed spread and didn't worry as it would be pulled away when I went to bed. After a quick dinner, I continued to work in the room. Finally, I went to get in the bed and found one side of the bed sheet had stains or spots on it about halfway down the bed, or about waist high. The sheets looked to have been wrinkled or slept in. So, I went to the other side which looked smooth and unsoiled, and I went to bed. Wanting to get the breakfast that provided, I arrived in the lobby only to find two EMPTY cereal containers, a half dozen cellophane wrapped sweet rolls, a small set of coffee cups, almost no bowls, plates or plasticware. The area lacked in maintenance or resupply. No hot food appeared to be available. There was a partial gallon of milk in a dorm-sized refrigerator. I didn't want to touch anything. I left. As I checked out, I asked the female desk clerk for consideration on the bill due to the dirty sheets. She was indignant and said she could not (would not ) adjust the room fee since I spent the night in the room. I explained to her that I had worked late and did not see the sheet problem until it was late and I was trying to go to sleep after a very long day. No empathy whatsoever. I wish there was a way to upload photos to this site. I will provide photos on request. Worst room and worst motel in the last 20 years.

The corp has been steadily going downhill over the past few years, very hard to contact, difficult to deal with, hotel quality varies widely, they wipe out your points without warning you. Sad to see.
Travelodge by Wyndham is the new Motel…
Travelodge by Wyndham is the new Motel 6. Someone had broken down the bathroom door. They did a poor job of “gluing” the door frame back together and didn’t repaint. Wall, doors, floors and baseboards were filthy. Switch plates were broken as well. It took 5 minutes to get hot water to the tub, California is in a constant drought and that was a lot of wasted water! I will never stay at any Wyndham properties again.
Hideous customer service
The customer service from corporate is jokeworthy. If you have an issue with one of their properties, your complaint gets sent right back to the property. Not even the courtesy of a reply from corporate.

The Wingate by Wyndham in Frisco had the worst front desk and management I have ever seen. They lied to my face countless times about getting things fixed, servicing my room and could not even produce a statement at the end of my 11 nights there!
