Won’t cancel service despite multiple calls, multiple emails and no response. Horrible speed, even worst experience.
Horrible speed, privacy and customer service
They could not deliver on the speeds I had signed up for but didn't tell me until I complained 3 months later.
Worst of all they were sending my billing and usage info to some random email. I did not know the email and they confirmed that they did not have an a subscriber and had no idea who it was either! I requested a manger to explain to me how this could happen. Three weeks later no response...watch your privacy with them, they obviously don't care about their customers!
Terrible service and no consulting the customer when they switch me to satellite
They switched me from tower to satellite, but didn't tell me that the latency would degrade significantly. As a result, I can no longer telework. When I phoned to complain, they just said there was nothing to be done. I tried to call again to talk to someone else, and waited over an hour to speak with a customer rep. In short, this company does not care about its customers, or how they use their internet. Terrible service and communications.
No one to talk too. Just on hold
So what is the problem. Do you not have any people working. Been on phone for 1.5hrs and no one has even come in to reassure me that they will help. You have turned into a total joke.
Garbage company providing garbage wifi…
If you want wifi that will randomly shut off and not work for hours or days this is the provider to go with, even when the wifi is working you can barely do anything with it, 3rd night this week that our wifi has suddenly stopped working. Why pay for wifi that doesn’t work 50% of the time. Do NOT recommend this garbage company to anyone.

Absolutely terrible, super unreliable internet service, constant problems with it cutting in and out, when we call and the “fix” the problem, it still is horrible an they act like they’re trying to help but they dont care they just want the money

Condescending tech support
After trying to find out why I can only run one device on 25mbs i was told "everything seems good on our end".
Chris - The technical issues representative was cold, condescending, unhelpful and made me feel like I was stupid for asking questions about something I have no idea about. If i knew what the problem was, I would not be calling!
Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I will be looking for a new service provider now.

This company is absolutely brutal. Internet service works half the time, technician said that's the best you're going to get, they give me an upgraded service (For more money of course) which made no difference what so ever, but they're happy to take your money..... Customer service is very bad. STAY AWAY! Go with Starlink! Thank god Starlink is available now.

Xplor rep ( with an accent) drops the ball - ive been waiting for installation for over 3 weeks- i guestimated 1 month l and she says 'it's only been 3 weeks...' hangs up.
I shouldn't have to phone 5 times to find out why I still don't have an install date.
Unfortunately I only have 2 choices - xplor or starling. BTW. I've been an xplor customer for about 5yrs! Thx for the great customer service!

Automated Telephone system is the WORST. LONG wait times. My account login won't work. For a temporary suspension, I found out my power has to be ON when they suspend ! DUH ! They did not tell me this last year when I went south. When you don't know, you don't know.

My parents went through this company and since the day they their internet installed it would cut in and out daily, was extremely slow, and over all the worse experience I had with an internet company. For a 100 bucks a month what a joke….. definitely do not recommend this company
This company is no good!
Nothing but straight problems with them. Slowest wifi I’ve ever had. Customer service sucks also, we called asking why nothing was done with the wifi because it kept shutting off and they were nothing but rude and hung up on us. Trash wifi and trash customer service. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I have had nothing but issues since they told me I had no choice but to upgrade my package. It's the worst internet services I have ever had. They send out tech he does what he does and tells me it's fine. It's the same thing over and over again every time I call. The last time I called they told me that I would have to pay for the tech at $125.00 to come and look at the problem. that is b$$$$$it Why should I have to pay for their crappy service when they can't their c$$p together

Absolutely the worst wifi ever. Will blame the router and insist on buying new parts when really the wifi is garbage. No connection, not promised speeds, horrible all around. Please whatever you do don’t sign up with them. It is a horrible horrible headache having everything lag when loading
