Super costume et service client efficace.
Dommage que les frais de ports en cas de retour soient à la charge du client.

Le costume est agréable à porter, mais il faut aimer avoir l’équivalent d’un « costume jogging »
La coupe est banale, la matière élastique, certes ça serre moins qu’un costume classique, mais c’est tellement moins eleguant, autant acheter un survêtement
De plus : Xsuit ne rembourse pas les frais de retours : j’ai donc payé 10€ juste pour pouvoir essayer leur costume (vu que les frais de retours sont à mes frais)

I recently purchased the X Suit and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The suit fits perfectly out of the box, which is rare for me as I have a hard time finding a suit that fits just right. I didn't even have to take it to a tailor for any adjustments.

In addition to the suit, I also received a free shirt which has received multiple compliments whenever I wear it. The quality of the fabric is top-notch and the fit is impeccable.

My only complaint with the X Suit is that I now need it in brown and tan as well, and I would also love to have shirts in a cream color to complete my wardrobe. Overall, I highly recommend the X Suit to anyone in need of a high-quality, perfectly fitting suit.

Normally I refrain from commenting on anything, but the experience that xsuit gave me made it impossible to not comment on their amazing products and service. My initial suit was delivered to the wrong address and xsuit was completely willing to send me another one, even in a different color. When it has arrived, the product lived up to everything the company said. It was stretchy, lightweight, waterproof, breathable, and overall, incredibly comfortable. The lack of dry cleaning will definitely make this suit be considered incredibly cheap in the near future. Whenever I wear the suits, I receive nothing but compliments from my peers, and even my significant other could not take her eyes or hands off of me.

Séduit par le concept et marketing autour de cette marque, mon mari a commandé la semaine dernière un costume XSuit 2.0. il est très déçu par la coupe (veste trop petite et pantalon beaucoup trop grand) et encore plus par le SAV qui ne propose pas de solution pour échanger car pas de stock et tous les frais de renvoi sont à la charge du client même pour un échange. Fuyez !!!!

The X-Shirt is a functional and easy to maintain business shirt for multiple occasions.
The fit and water repellent is good, and the extra stretch is handy to keep it tucked in.

SCAM! STOP!! Regardless of the reply they put in here about a refund, they abuse power. i have looked at reviews on here and the replies given by X however the replies are not what the customer or yourself will likely be faced with.

$600 suit and had to pay close to $225 for! Tax that they have written on the website to cover themselves, but this is in small print and not clear to see! Nor any rough examples to demonstrate.
The suit is then held ransom until you pay for the extra 37.5% in my case in the uk. The trousers look to have been stored in a container for months perhaps years and the creases don't come out. below is the quote of the response given. Do not buy guys/girls, I know the adverts look good, but they are not as advertised and not fit for the purpose they were bought.

"I should only warn you that you would not be reimbursed from the tax and duty fees. Plus you have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned parcel.

Then following our processes and depending on the warehouse's QC, there is a possibility of refund for the return costs but it is not guaranteed. It depends on wether the suit has indeed a defect or not.

Shocked as I was expecting a premium product along with a quality service.

Starting with pros: it is very comfortable and very stretchy. It feels like the yoga pants of suits. However, one look at it in person and you can tell its not a real suit. I would not wear this in an actual professional environment, as anyone else who has worn a suit would spot it to. Its not horrible, but you just stand there thinking, "what is wrong with this suit?"

First off any offer that is online from xsuit.eu is basically pointless because you get hammered on Duty tax.
Secondly unlike xsuit.com where there is one size reference now there's two European and US and the if there is an issue with your order (like there was with mine) the delivery procedure is beyond garbage as it then gets stuck at customs a second time in France. Once they finally get passed and delivered to xsuit.eu they lose it for near enough 2 weeks and then drag there heels in total it took me 50+ emails and over 2 months of chasing them up and not to say an extra £600 in delivery costs, duty, delivery fees etc.
Overal everything from customer service to delivery I horrendous!

The cut of the suit and fit were terrible. The pant legs were so wide it looked like a 1940s Cary Grant pants..
A 40 jacket is normally a little big for me. This one was too tight to even get on..

I bought Xsuit2.0 jacket, Xsuit2.0 pants, Xshirt3.0

I paid $126 for a rag. Horrible quality, horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy your clothes elsewhere.

Horrible Quality - I ordered 3 items. Two of the three had manufacturing defects. Issue 1 - In the pants, the crotch seam was not sewn at all (that is an important seam). Issue 2 - The shirt had a hole in it (they would not replace or refund - see customer service below), hence, I paid $126 for a rag. Issue 3 - Took me three times to get the jacket size correct. The 44 was actually tighter than the 42 indicating poor workmanship.

Horrible Customer Service - Issue 4 - Returned the 42 jacket. They said they would have to charge me since I didn't include the garment bag and hanger. I told them I was certain I did return these items. They sent me a picture of them holding up a jacket like that proved I didn't send the bag/hanger. Luckily, when I enlarged another photo they sent, it clearly showed the bag/hanger. I've never had a company try to gaslight me before. Issue 5 - I explained that the shirt had a manufacturing defect - a hole. I wore the shirt once and didn't notice a hole when I put it on. I wore the shirt under a vest. When I took off the shirt, I noticed a hole (the shirt stretches so I am not that surprised that the hole became noticeable after wearing). The area of the vest over the hole had no damage whatsoever so there was no way I could have unknowingly punctured the shirt. XSuit refused to replace or refund the shirt. Xsuit said I damaged it with no explanation as to why my vest was undamaged.

Have bought from XSuit 3 times and everytime a great experience. Suits delivered on time and in super quality. Replaced most of my work shirts and suits.

Always helpful and great products. Never had an issue.

At this point, purchasing from X-Suit has become an automated process for me. My purchase today is the 3rd suit, and 5th overall purchase. I don't have to guess if a size will fit thanks to my experience with their sizing "software", but previously when I needed to make an exchange, it was painless to do so.

The suits are quite well made and fits very well. Although I’d still go slightly larger than the auto suggestion sizing, everything still fit alright. The stretch and fabric feel are some of the best of this type of clothing.

Xsuits is incredible. From their customer support, quality of products, and style. I'll never buy a suit from anywhere else.

Xsuit has great customer service in addition to great products. I wish the company the best of success in the future.
