X Suit Reviews 

I have purchased 5 sets of suits from xSuit and use them as my default day to day work suit.

Pros:
- Saves on dry cleaning costs, the water repellent nature means I am not concerned about small spills or rain.
- Low maintenance shirts mean I do not have to regularly iron.
- Reasonable price for product offered.
- Comfortable shirt material, good looking suit material.
- Lots of pockets for extra storage.
- Great customer service, I returned my first suit 3 times at no cost because I was not sure which size I needed.
- Long lifespan for suits, as a trial lawyer, I wear suits Monday to Friday, the xSuit is more durable than ordinary suits and none have ripped on me yet.

Cons:
- Internal zips sets off metal detectors.
- Unable to order custom sized clothing, e.g. sleeves are always too long for me.
- Special instructions for washing / cleaning due to material.
- Minor size differences between different products, whilst not noticable by look, you can definitely feel.

This is by far my favorite suit company. The suits are very comfortable to wear and washable which is a critical factor for me. The 3.0 pants also have a really clever pocket design that I’ve not seen in other dress pants. After wearing the 3.0 for quite a while mine started exhibiting a strange wave pattern in the fabric, but when I asked their customer service about it they offered to take it as a return (which I wasn’t expecting, I was just asking about care options). I’m definitely looking forward to trying their 4.0 version with the return credit. In the meantime I’ve had to switch back to a regular suit and the difference is night-and-day. Can’t wait to be able to switch back again

The suits and shirts I bought are of solid quality and made. Buttons on my shirts and suits have not broken off after all of these years. The materials have endurance as I wear and wash my shirts weekly for years now. I only wish they bring back snap buttons for the shirts. I got a lot of compliments from the snap button shirts.

My experience has been good. Every product that I ordered (that i did not cancel) was recieved. Most of their shipment comes from China, so I never expect their products to come fast. Hopefully they will eventually have enough bandwidth to keep stock StateSide. I appreciate the quality, and they have been steadily improving. I am excited to see what else they come up with. I have two suits, a couple of shirts, and their tie.

I have been shopping with X Suit for several years now, I have always had excellent customer service and communication. They return email/msg's quickly and always ask if there's anything else before completing a session. The product quality is top notch and they keep improving every year. I highly recommend buying from X Suit. you won't be disappointed!

I debated what to rate this, VERY mixed feelings. My first suit was great from them, love the feel, and the quality. However, my second suit, which I ordered the exact same size, just a different colour, the sizing was all off, and the only explanation I got from the company was "some runs produce different sizing"....that should not occur, a size 48 jacket in any colour should not have different size sleeves, or chest! due to the fact it is a rare suit make, nobody will even alter it, and Xsuit has offered nothing but that explanation. A good product, but very inconsistent sizing, that is the reason for my poor review.

The most comfortable suits and shirts you will ever own. I wear my jacket every day, for every occasion.

I wanted a stretch-type material suit for a beach wedding I was in and purchased their 2.1 suit. The company’s customer support was super helpful and actually recommended this over the 3.0 as it was for a wedding- the 2.0 has more structure is more aligned with a typical formal suit design and style. The 3.0 is more of a casual suit.

The suit came out great (eventually) but I had to order up 2x jacket sizes as they run super slim. I’m normally a 42L and ordered a 44 based on their recommendations and it was extremely tight everywhere on me. I exchanged it for a 46 and it was still tight around my waist (I’m 6’, 205lbs, athletic body with a beer belly). For the pants I’m usually between 34-36” waist. I got the 36” and they fit perfect, so note those run a bit slim as well. I had a tailor bring out the waist of the jacket and shorten the sleeves, and hem the pants (they come un-hemmed). After that the suit fit great and was perfect for an outdoor wedding in the hot sun.

All together I loved the suit and they had great customer service- the exchange process was easy and they even prioritized shipping as I needed it quickly for the wedding. My only complaint is that they only offer $20 for tailoring costs and it’s issued as a site credit, not a refund, so take that into consideration of the true cost of the suit. That and the fact that I had to order a size 46 jacket when I’m normally a 42L is a bit absurd sizing.

Placed an order And wait for over 3 week, still hasn’t sent yet. They said it is due to COVID restriction, come on, it is 2022, tell me which country on this earth is still forcing this kind of restriction.

Thought the prices were a bit high but you really do pay for quality and service.
Brought two medium 3.0 xShirts and after reading the size guide afterwards (like a fool) I tried to cancel my order.

Used the chat service to cancel my order and a customer service rep immediately responded. Had a good discussion which resulted in my order being updated to two sizes up after sound advice from the rep.

Order came super quick considering it was shipped from China during the festive holidays. Also ordered some trousers, two sizes up.

Was worried I'd have to jump through hoops to send them back but nope. They fit perfectly which is odd as I have a muscular frame and generally need to tailor my shirts.
Have a friends wedding in June so will grab my suit from these guys. So comfortable!

They say that if you are not satisfied with their product that you can return it, yet make it almost impossible to do so within their 30 day window. We submitted to have our return “approved” twice rejected. After many phone calls, and resubmitting seems they still can not give us the information to return their product. Thinking this is part of their business model. Their advertising of send it back if you don’t like it is super deceptive. Their website only posts positive reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!!

UPDATE...

Okay, finally got approval to return and given and address to send box, with more complicated hoops to jump through in order to meet their requirements. (Honestly, I found it easier to do my taxes this year than meet all the demands to return their product.) Also, I get to pay the return shipping, over $30 and now have to submit the documentation to get a store credit for that amount. I have little faith that they will even credit our credit card when they receive the return. Especially after reading several other reviews with the same concerns.

Xsuit--- it isn't what you say, it is what you do! Your defensive reply to my review would better approached with reforming the onerous return process.

FIX THE SYSTEM

You make the process painful and unnecessarily complex to discourage people from returning your items. Not the way to win return customers or referrals.

House of X is a wonderful company. I have ordered from xsuit.com multiple times and feel like it's time to give them a great review. The quality of their products is above cool. Feel like I can wear it for ages. Same with Customer service - they do have five-star customer service as much as a return policy. My orders are always shipped in a timely manner. Customer service responses are quick and if there is ever a problem they will do the best they can to assist you. I will shop with you forever because of your great customer service and great products.

I got an e-mail asking me how I like my new mask???

WELL!!! I DID NOT ORDER ONE!!!

They drop ship 50 cent masks from China and charge you 100 dollars for it. Meanwhile you wait a month to receive it. I caught onto what they were doing and finally received a refund after informing them I’d be leaving a negative review with the BBB.

My husband is an essential worker and his mask has started to rust where the nose bracket connects. I’ve emailed customer service with photos and haven’t heard back. Also, we continually have to check the little filter brackets as they are prone to falling off. On both masks. Considering how much you pay for these masks, you’d thing they’d be of better quality. Edited to add that I have still not received any communication from this company other than what you see below. Nothing in my inbox.

UPDATE: XSuit did, after some back and forth, send a replacement but they sent the wrong mask. One I never had ordered and was too small for my husband to wear. After letting them know about this, they gave me a partial refund and sent the correct mask. I can’t, however, increase the number of stars as the new mask they sent is falling apart after just a couple of months. The stitching around the ear loops is coming apart and the the material is fraying. We will replace the mask with a different brand altogether.

A new mask was provided after I elevated my issue within the organization. New mask seems to be better quality stitching than the first mask that failed. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue.
