Loan Consultant David Piras provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to coordinate conveyancing lawyers for our SMSF loan. Our dream to purchase was drawn out over a period of approximatey 12 months due to rapid property price rise in WA, and being unable to gather a sufficient deposit to keep up. We engaged in periodic contact with Davis as we built our deposit and it was never a problem for David to re-estimate our borrowing capacity over time, and to talk though the additional requirements of SMSF loans.
