We have Yard to thank to getting us over the line to buy our first family home. We want to thank David Piras, who helped and guided us through the whole process, making a daunting process easy to understand. I cannot express the quality experience from first contact to settlement. David thoroughly supported, explained and walked with us at each milestone in our purchase for a family home. We went down the bridging loan path and could not be more satisfied with result! Despite the multiple loan documents, the terms were clear, easy to understand and flexible to our needs. For a totally digital process, it felt very human the whole way, as if we were in the same room ironing out the details. A massive thanks to Yard and David Piras, for making it possible to purchase a family home for the young family of 3.

When we hit road blocks - our loan consultant, Will went above and beyond exploring our options. He made our experience extremely smooth and positive.

What made the Yard Loan a 5 star is Meghan Riordan! Brilliant thinker and fast actioner. Good communicator too. Great thing about Yard is less red-tape and you are dealing directly with the Lender.

Manuela was fabulous. She helped me get a mortgage when no other lender would consider me. She then held my hand throughout the whole process, was always available when I needed her. Nothing was too much trouble. I had been applying with Aussie for almost 3 months when I reached out to Yard. Manuela sorted me out in two weeks. Highly recommend

Our re-mortgage with Yard went great. Luke and team was a big help getting all the documentation sorted.

Yard and David were willing to do more than tick boxes as per the banks in assessing our application. Our last mortgage was set up nearly two decades ago when you had a face to face meeting with a bank manager. Our experience with that bank after a 30 year relationship and a mortgage for 18 years without an issue was disappointing at best.
David and his colleagues did an amazing job of advising us on the relevant information we needed to provide in order for a fair and accurate assessment of our application to be made.
All our future projects will be done through a broker and we will be contacting David as our first port of call.

Good experience however although the calculator says you can pay weekly - this is actually not possible
