Yard have been fantastic, I could not recommend them highly enough. I want to give thanks especially to David for helping us secure our home loan in very short time under quite stressful circumstances.
They were very efficient, easy to deal with and made everything run seamlessly for our settlement.

Special thanks to Manuela for providing excellent service and always available for support during entire loan process. Can’t believe how we just started with initial discussion on pre-approval loan and then completed final settlement on time. I can feel that the team in background is working so well to have flawless and make the process enjoyable for people like us. At the end, we were very happy and would certainly recommend anyone to contact the Yard for loans.

I had a positive experience with Napatra who helped me with my loan. She was very patient, she’d answer all my queries and get back to me within time. It was such a pleasure to deal with her, she’s very helpful. Yard home loans were there to help me with loan when I was in a difficult situation. I’m only giving 4 stars as their legal team provided us conflicting informatio in the last minute and the bank loan UI can be improved.

I can't thank Antonia enough, doing whatever needed to be done to ensure my loan approval. My circumstances were far from normal so having to use the lo-doc option was our only choice, where other brokers in the past could not / would not go the extra mile Antonia found the product to suit our needs .

Welcome to the hotel california. Signing up for a loan was okay, but trying to leave has been a bad experience. Harder than the Big 4 banks. Took two months and a bad review for them to finally get all the documentation I requested.

When I first rang Yard, I was put through to Tian. Tian listened to my story and the reasons why I wanted a loan and, after a while, said "I think we can help you." Well I had heard this before from other lenders so was sceptical but, I must say, Tian drove the whole process to completion like a champion. Polite and determined, Tian was the perfect fit for me. The whole process is now complete - thanks Tian. Five solid stars for Yard!

We recently secured an investment loan through Yard with Meghan being our consultant. The application process was straightforward and the customer service from Meghan was exceptionally helpful, promptly addressing all my queries. The interest rate offered was very competitive, and I appreciate the flexibility in repayment options. The approval process all went to plan, making the transition very easy. Of all the brokers and banks we connected with at the start of the home-buying process, only Yard was able to get us to the finish line to purchase an apartment. If not for them, I'd have listened to other brokers who told me it wouldn't be possible [and offered worse rates].
