Have shopped with Webs for several years and have always had good experiences. They have a good selection when it comes to yarn and accessories.

What I struggled with was their new ordering site … jumps
Around a lot, a bit “loud” and have to search for details, whereas before it was fairly plain, factual, details written out … I looked at lovecrafts first and didn’t like their ordering g site and thought it’s much easier on the eyes to look at Webs and it was identical to Lovecrafts’. . Anyway I did find many options to make my decision . Customer service helped me with the mistake that I made ordering. I will go back for sure as I have no local yarn shop and they’ve take care of my yarn needs adequately

They were quick to answer my questions and help me out with a issue I had. They kept me up to date on how long it would take for them to respond due to high demand of emails they received. Would definitely purchase from again.

There was an item missing from my order. I filled out the Customer Service form. The next day I had a response apologizing for the error and assuring me the missing item was on its way to my house.
Fast action with courtesy. Can’t ask for better than that. Thank you Webs!

Disappointed. This used to be a place with excellent customer service. I received a wrong order, opened a return and was initially told I would have to pay to return the stuff. Hopped on chat and they allowed me to keep the shipment and they’d send what I ordered. Three days later and my actual order hasn’t shipped yet. Keep in mind my original order was ten days ago and now I’m still waiting and will be for at least another week.

What happened to this store? I had been a longtime customer before it was purchased by LoveCrafts and Missouri Star. Nothing is in stock. Nobody answers the phone. I had reached out to customer service a while back asking about the problems. I am deeply disappointed with the state of this company. It had been a labor of love back in the days. Will this store ever get its act together?

WEBS has quality yarn and a wide variety. I have always been happy with what I have purchased until recently. I bought some sock yarn and the ball was full of knots which created several issues including not being able to knit matching socks. I contacted WEBS to complain and didn't expect to hear anything. I was contacted and without me even asking they refunded my money for that ball of yarn as well as two others of the same kind I had ordered. They have continued to be very responsive.

How about 20 stars?! Somehow the shipping address changed during the payment process. Anastasia, the customer service agent, immediately contacted the warehouse and violá, the yarn was redirected to the desired address! More than outstanding customer service! Many thanks to Anastasia and the warehouse team!

I have far too much yarn at home, but I needed different colors. Right after ordering new yarn, I found another box of yarn -- making my purchase unnecessary. Only a few hours had gone by since I ordered. I emailed support, explained my situation, and asked to cancel. I got a reply the next morning saying that my order had been cancelled and to expect my refund immediately -- and yes, I got my refund. It was a great experience. Thanks!

I ordered the wrong yarn. I emailed the company within an hour or so. They were able to cancel my order.

I appreciate the prompt attention to my request and subsequent resolution. Highly recommend this company.

Im loving my experience at WEBS, they have a great filtering system so i can always find the yarn im looking for. Their ordering process is also very quick. They accept payment via google and shop which make things go faster at checkout. They package and send their items nicely, and respond promptly when there are questions. I dont live near a good yarn store so Im glad i found this site where i can go to get all the materials i need for my crochet projects.

I was thinking I could pick out all my own colors without consulting the pattern, Not recommended. I received the my order and realized that the colors were not what I was looking for. Web explained that I could return the yarn and in the meantime they could help me match the right colors with the help of the pattern. Very helpful.

Webs customer service team is great! When a yarn I ordered came to me in a very different shade than what I expected based on the color chart, the team helped me investigate and we determined that I would be happier with a different selection. They were understanding and helpful to create an even exchange and I am awaiting its delivery along with a postage paid slip to return the first choice. So pleased!

I have been a customer for years online and I store when we travelled to New England. This last experience was excellent, informative and most helpful. What a pleasure to be helped by knitters on the other end of the call who understand my knitting and yarn issues. Can’t recommend WEBS highly enough.

Webs use to be amazing ! Great selection fast shipping lots of color choices . With new owners this has ALL changed . Soooo many colors they are out of stock plus when you sign up to be emailed they are available most times I never recv an email and move on to different store . Their shipping also has become over 2 weeks long when it was 3-5 days . Doesn't get processed for at least 5 days then slow as molasses . Very sad to me as I used to love all things Webs

Since 2020 I have been making rainbow baby blankets for my children’s children, my friends’ children and my childrens’ friends’ children. I was devastated when the yarn I had been purchasing for years was out of stock. I called and learned that it would take a few months. The staff was honest and the yarn came in a few weeks earlier than expected. The best part was that they honored their sale price and were gracious in reimbursing me. Great company to do business with. Great yarn selection. Great prices. Thank you.
