I live many states away from WEBS so maybe get to visit once every 2-3 years. I tend to purchase several patterns at a time. When I realized recently that one of the patterns they printed off for me was missing the graph, they were kind enough to email me the entire and complete pattern. Everyone was so nice!

I made a mistake in a shipping address and Webs staff worked with me to try to solve the problem. Very responsive.

Excellent customer service and quick responses. They offer unbeatable prices and a huge variety of products. I love shopping here!

They have a great selection of knitting needles so I was able to get exactly what I wanted. And the shipping was so fast!

Webs has top notch customer service, so if you have any issues, they will fix it asap. Wonderful company for that.

Their prices are great, and the only issue I have is that the colors of the yarn aren't quite right on my screen regardless of which device I use. I just take that into account when ordering from them.

Employees at the physical store have always been knowledgeable, eager, and well able to offer sound assistance. Every member of staff online or on the phone have offered a similar quality of service - always been way above average. They go out of their way to answer any questions, and always take care of my orders in a very timely and friendly manner. Yarn arrives in great shape and well packed.

I received quick and efficient help finding a shade and quantity for a sweater. I have just recently taken up knitting again. The support was greatly appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience. I had taken a webs course and had a booking ordered with the course on knitting sweaters. I could not for the life of me remember the name of the book. It was probably taken 2 years ago! I got a very prompt answer the next day with the name of the book. I am so happy with Webs

I ordered 4 different Rowan Kidsilk Haze colors… one color appeared a little darker than the picture. I received immediate assistance and was given assistance in choosing a lighter color. I will return the twoskeins of peacock to exchange for trance. Thank you for great customer service. I’ve ordered several times in past! Never disappointed!

I needed to make a return right after purchasing and the company was straight forward and gave me a refund without delay or question. I will be sure to use them as a yarn source in the future.

I recently found a pattern for a sweater that was made with Valley Yarn Goshen in the Waterfall color. I was disappointed to find that only 3 colors were available - and I searched several sites. I sent an email to find out if the color I wanted would be reordered, or if there was a comparable yarn I could substitute. Lily sent me a response the next day and assured me it would be reordered. She reminded me that I could get on the list for a notification when my color was available again. She also suggested I check a few other websites, which I had already done. I was very impressed with her response, and I will be anxiously awaiting the new yarn!

I have been ordering yarn from Webs for years, and I’ve always been impressed by their service. On May 27, I ordered 11 skeins of yarn. A couple of days later, I received an email from Julie at Webs letting me know that the yarn in my order was mixed dye lots, and she told me I could cancel my order if I chose to. Because I didn’t check my email for a few days, I didn’t see the email until my order had shipped. When I asked how to return the order, she explained I could refuse the order. I did, and soon I received a full refund. I’ve reordered the yarn, and I was assured that I would receive it as soon as it was back in stock. Working with Julie was like working with a friend who just wanted to help me. I’m so grateful to Julie and the Webs staff!

I really appreciate WEBS’ commitment to their customers. Recently, I ordered several skeins during their anniversary sale. They contacted me to let me know that the remaining skeins of the jasmine color I’d ordered were from different dye lots and were not a good match. I appreciated that so much. Yarn is a splurge for me that I have to really budget for- I’m so thankful they looked out for me in this way so that I didn’t receive something I wouldn’t be able to use in my project. I feel safe ordering from them because I know they actually care about their customers.

I was happy to see a reply to my question. Not only did they offer substitute to the discontinued yarn I wanted to make a dress with but they offered 4 substitutes to the yarn. I loved it. Thanks again

I recently contacted Webs about ordering a skein of yarn to finish a sweater I was working on. I provided them with the color and lot number. I was contacted by them that they no longer had that lot number. I was given the option of ordering a skein that was in stock or canceling my order. I chose to purchase the skein but noticed it was now on sale. They made an adjustment and sent me a refund for my order. I received the new yarn I the mail a few days after.

WEBS customer services are the best.
On a recent visit to the store, the staff was so helpful in figuring out exactly what I needed for my project thus saving me time and money! In addition, I purchased supplies online this week but didn’t get an email confirmation. However, one quick call and Lily in Customer Service was kind enough to quickly straighten out my order and confirmed shipment. You guys do a great job. Keep up the good work!

So grateful for all the help I received from Julie at Lovecrafts while working on the Rowan Cropped Sweater. She patiently and promptly answered all my questions and I was able to create a beautiful sweater for my niece.

I recently needed help selecting the amount of yarn needed for a pattern. I sent an e-mail and webs responded with a detailed answer within the day. When I lived near webs, I went a few times a year for the experience and to purchase all my yarn needs. Now that I live far away, I still get that personal service.
