From first inquiry to delivery and follow-up the folks a YES Hearing were professional and responsive. The hearing aids are superior to those I’ve used over the last 20 years and I recommend them highly.

Excellent response and continued follow-up but without any pressure or hype from first contact through fittings in-home to a reminder that my trial period was about to expire. Very good product and my hearing and ability ti better understand what’s being said is much improved.

I bought Yes Hearing Oticon hearing aids directly from Yes. I did not have a local audiologist. Yes arranged for me to have a phone interview with their inhouse audiologist, Dr. Victoria. They sent me blue tooth wifi enabled hearing aids in advance. Using those, Dr. Victoria was able create a complete profile of my hearing loss and then adjust the hearing aids remotely. The result is outstanding. I had previously spent $7,000 on hearing aids using a local audiologist and an ENT doctor. The result with Dr. Victoria and Yes Hearing was vastly superior. Oh and Yes Hearing aids were very significanly less expensive. All I paid for was the hearing aids; no doctor and no cost for the audiologist.

Service was good but unfortunately, hearing aids didn’t work to my satisfaction.

I might be the most difficult patient these folks have encountered! I had preconceived notions that were wrong and this created issues for me as I worked it out. YES was there and patient every step of the way! See it seems they knew all along what I needed but deferred to me until I figured it out! No pressure to do anything but get it right! And follow up care is fantastic! There are too many positive things to say and not enough room so suffice to say that YES Hearing is the only way to go for your hearing device needs. Losing my hearing is trauma enough; YES provided care, compassion and a solution. From my Care Coordinator Leyla to my in home audiologist Ed, things were smooooooth! And the best part? I can hear like I have not been able to in many years!

Thanks to Leyla I can hear clearly now. She is responsive and thorough. She, along with Kayla the audiologist, made the process of getting hearing aids easy and understandable. I will be quick to recommend Yes Hearing to others

The experience I had was not so great, if it was not for Leyla Mohamed, it would have been terrible.
I purchased hearing aids and paid for them up front, no financing. A month later no hearing aids still, 2 times the audiologist canceled the scheduled appointment.
I called to get my money back and was lucky enough Leyla answered, she was professional and took control of the situation.
I did get the hearing aids and went to my audiologist for him to set them up.(had to go to my Audiologist Really). I have had them now for over 2 months and they are great.
Thank you Leyla for helping me and I do appreciate all of her help. I understand since COVID nothing is the same....The next generation of workers GOOD LUCK! Find more staff like Leyla and take good care of them, so you don't lose them.

Starkeys work great - except for a few glitches in contacting Yes Hearing for advice.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Yes Hearing. Both my representative Leyla and my audiologist Emily have been quick to communicate with me and both professional and friendly in their dealings with me. I very much appreciated Emily's help in setting up and accessing my Starkey account and in pairing my hearing aids with my phone, and I am hearing far better than I did with the hearing aids I had for the past few years from another company. I have also been given a care team and encouraged to communicate ongoingly.

I initially went through my Medicare supplement insurance to get a free hearing test and $500 of each hearing aid. The test was free but the Dr wanted $5000 for a quality hearing aid. I asked about the $500 for each piece and he said that was included. I said “what? That’s $6000 for the hearing aid. No way Jose. I went online and found Yes hearing and got quality hearing aids at half the price and the customer service was excellent. The in home hearing test, performed by the audiologist, was the same results as the Medicare Dr.
I’ve been wearing these for a month now and I don’t even know they’re in my ear. The sounds are very natural; I love the hearing aids and the customer service was excellent. Couldn’t be happier!!!

My experience with Connect Hearing was excellent. Mark and Brandi at your location in New Smyrna are the best example of dedicated employees for your company. The hearing aids that they fitted me with are the top of the line. They are more than what I expected. Thank you Mark and Brandi.....

Yes provided my devices for about 50% of what my audiologist quoted. The rep they sent to my home was pleasant and competent. What more could you ask? I’m completely satisfied.

The hearing aids I have worn for several years still allowed ample hearing but could not give me the clarity I needed. Leyla patiently listened to my problem and gave me options that should better fit my situation. She recommended three different ones that were best for clarity. After discussing each, I chose to place my order for Oticon. An appointment was scheduled for a hearing test in office with a local audiologist who then worked with Leyla directly to be sure I got the best hearing aids and technology for my problem. There was never any pressure from Yes Hearing/Leyla to order any particular one or price range. In fact, she made it clear that I could start with one and then change to another until I was satisfied as long as I stayed within the trial period.
Although at the beginning I was uneasy dealing with an on-line company that I knew nothing about, Yes Hearing/Leyla has done what they said they would, answered many questions and filled the order promptly. They made the process a pleasant one.

Friendly, Professional and Helpful! They treat you like a friend, help you with any questions and they know their products. Great company!

The customer service. I don't often give glowing reviews for anything, but from late July, to today in late November, both Stephen in sales and Leyla in customer service have not only been very friendly and courteous while answering any and all of my questions, but also have gone above and beyond to do whatever they can to help me and make sure I'm happy. Thanks to both of you, my experience has been great. I feel more like I'm dealing with friends than just a company.
