Great service, great card, great perks - couldn’t recommend it enough

Absolutely amazing card. The interface is so good to use and the rewards are local and cool as hell.

The rewards idea is amazing, especially with other bigger reward card companies who don’t give the option for a free card. Even the card that does have a monthly fee is incredible the offers are 10/10!

Wow. Been with them for 2 weeks specifically for any work expenses.

Decided to suspend my account for “routine checks” with no clear update via email at the exact point when I needed it.

Surely routine checks can happen without suspension. It’s never happened in 10 years of using previous provider.

Awful. And followed by a cheerful response after “checks have been complete”!

Terrible service. This was done at the point I’ve used only £300 of my £5k limit.

What’s the point of a ccard if it’s unusable when you need it.

its been a great journey - someone doing things a little differently to ensure some good out of your spending - exchange rate for Europe is insane with no costs - need more use of that abroad amazing

Its a a clean, well designed application with usage clear and easy to use. A lot of fun experiences to use. Love the humour on the website, and in the emails!

The credit card always works pretty reliably abroad more so than the mainstream cards I have. Superior tech.

Fantastic customer service.

Took the card out In November 25, gave me a limit of £2,400, with an interest rate of 12.4% (lowest APR I've ever been offered, so my credit score couldn't of looked that bad)...

Made a purchase in Feb 26 for £250 approx... Thought I'd make small payments to build up some payment history, which should help with limit increases... Got an email beginning of August 26 saying they're dropping my limit down to £500?! What's the point of a £500 limit. I'm in my 30's... That's what I used to get offered by Vanquis at 18 with no credit history!

Just as bad as Barclays. I got offered a Barclaycard platinum balance transfer offer of 0% for 38 months, applied, and got offered a limit of £500?!

I applied for Lloyd's credit card when I got this notification from Yonder a few weeks ago... Was approved and got a limit of £5,200?!

So fed up of credit card companies being all over the place with their criteria, offering a certain limit one moment, then changing it for absolutely no reason what so ever. Going to pay my Yonder off now and close it... Cheers Yonder 👍

Easy to apply , quick response and clarity all you could ask for

I’ve always been a bit on the fence about paying a fee for a credit card but i do think in the case of Yonder it’s worth it,
One thing i especially like is the ability to pay my balance weekly and that makes it easier to stay in control and i wish other credit card companies would offer that,
I also managed to save £150 on my original hotel booking for NYC using Yonder hotels within the app,
Only had the card for a short time but so far it’s a great card

Love Yonder! The rewards are so good, I love seeing what's new each month, and it always feels like you're getting something substantial back with your points.

Great card with an excellent app and rewards programme. A fantastic choice if you want the flexibility to use your points on more than just British Airways flights.

This is my first credit card. Best service and best offers from them. Loved it absolutely.

I’ve had Yonder since 2023 and, while I still think the overall concept is brilliant, it feels like some of what originally made the card so exciting has gradually disappeared.

When I first joined, there seemed to be a much wider variety of experiences, Yonder Coffee, pubs, sweet treats, grocery rewards and a much broader selection of places to discover. It genuinely encouraged us to explore different parts of London and try businesses we probably wouldn’t have found otherwise. That was one of the biggest things that separated Yonder from a normal rewards credit card.

Now, the experiences feel much more limited. There is occasionally a pub offer, but most of the everyday experiences seem to have disappeared, and the majority of dining options are concentrated in central London. As someone based south of the river, I’d love to see more options across South London again like there used to be.

The way points and partner rewards are redeemed has also become increasingly frustrating and less user-friendly. Having to purchase through specific tracking links feels like a backwards step. TrainPal is a perfect example, the link can open the TrainPal app, but if you then complete the purchase through the app, you can’t redeem the offer or earn the points because technically you “didn’t use the link”. Etsy is the same.

I understand these tracking links are probably part of how the partnerships work commercially, but from a customer perspective they create unnecessary friction and can actually make me less likely to use the offer at all. I’d really like Yonder to find a way of making these partnerships work seamlessly within the brands’ normal apps and websites.

There are still things Yonder does extremely well. Yonder Hotels is great, the airport lounge options are a really good benefit, and I still think the overall Experiences concept is one of the best ideas in the credit card market.

That’s why it’s a shame to see that side of Yonder feel like it has been scaled back over the past year or so. I’d love to see Yonder get back to what made it feel so different in the first place: lots of varied, accessible experiences, discovering new places around London, and rewards that are genuinely simple to use.

Also the customer service sometimes feels like I’m talking to AI

Credit card is good with good benefits and perks.

But the team won't proactively progress disputes with retailers in the same way other card providers would. If you have a retailer issue Yonder won't support you. Choose another provider if you want any refund protection.
