Following your initial enquiry on 1st October, our Customer Support team checked your card and confirmed that it was working correctly with no issues identified. We can also see that the card was successfully added to your account and exchanged for an Argos code on 1st October, so we trust everything ultimately worked as it should have.

We're sorry to see your review, but we're genuinely unsure why you have described us as "scammers" or a "sham of a company" as you have not provided any details about the issue you experienced.

Having reviewed our records, we can see that you successfully exchanged your YouChoose credit on 29 September, and your digital gift card code was dispatched to your registered email address at 5:38pm, just two minutes after your order was processed.

Based on the information available to us, your order was fulfilled successfully and within our normal delivery timeframe, so we do not recognise the issue raised in your review.

The security checks and CAPTCHA process are in place to help protect customers' gift card balances from fraud and automated attacks. They are usually completed quickly, but we appreciate that repeated CAPTCHA requests can be frustrating if something isn't working as expected.

As a two-step multi-retailer gift card, YouChoose is designed to give recipients flexibility and choice. We currently offer over 170 brands and products across a wide range of categories including retail, dining, entertainment, travel and more, whilst on the gaming page we offer ovre 8000 gaming specific products.

Regarding the gaming range, while we do not currently offer every gaming brand available on the market, we provide thousands of gaming titles, the majority of which are Steam compatible. Nintendo gift cards are available on other YouChoose products, however Nintendo has chosen not to make its gift cards available through the gaming catalogue. As a result, this is a retailer decision rather than a restriction imposed by YouChoose.

We appreciate that the available gaming options did not meet your expectations on this occasion, but we're grateful for your feedback and will continue to review our range based on customer demand and partner availability.

For your most recent exchange for a Sainsbury's gift card, you contacted our customer service team to advise that you had not received your code. Our support representative investigated this and resent the code within 2 hours of your original enquiry.

We always recommend exchanging your YouChoose card for your chosen retailer code before arriving in store, as this helps avoid any delays should you need assistance or if emails are filtered into spam or junk folders.

While gaming products are popular with some customers, there are many high street, grocery, dining, home, fashion and leisure options available too, including M&S.

We'd also like to reassure you that we want customers to use and enjoy their YouChoose gift card. Your YouChoose card can be exchanged for one or more brand codes at any point within 12 months of purchase, giving recipients plenty of time to decide what they would like. Once exchanged, the selected retailer's own gift card expiry terms apply, so there is no need to rush into making a choice.

The purpose of a multi-retailer gift card is to give the recipient the freedom to choose something that's right for them, rather than the sender having to guess. We appreciate that this won't be everyone's preference, but many customers value having the flexibility to select from a broad range of brands.

With over 170 brands available across retail, dining, entertainment, travel, and more, we do not recognise the claim that there are not many brands to choose from. Our aim is to provide a broad range of options so recipients can select something that suits their needs.

Regarding specific brands such as Boots and Superdrug, participation in the YouChoose programme is entirely at the discretion of individual retailers and brands. While we would love to offer every retailer, brands must choose to join the programme themselves, and unfortunately not all retailers participate.

We are continually working to expand our catalogue and appreciate your feedback on the brands you'd like to see added in the future.

Rather than being limited to a single retailer, YouChoose allows customers to select from over 150 brands and exchange their credit for the option/s that best suits them.

We would also like to clarify that we can see your M&S e-gift card was successfully delivered just 3 minutes after your order was processed, so we do not recognise the claim that the code took an unusually long time to arrive.

Before contacting support, please ensure you're using the digital code from the second email you received and not the order number contained in the confirmation email, as these are different. Some email providers can also automatically filter digital codes into spam or junk folders, so it's worth checking there if you cannot locate the code.
