Bad app
It took time after time to get to sign up to the app. The captcha would never work, and the whole process was extremely laborious. The website needs an overhaul. I nearly threw the voucher in the bin, ( maybe that's the idea) but it wasn't my money, and eventually succeeded using the laptop.

We're sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience. Digital gift codes are generally delivered quickly after a successful order is placed. However, during particularly busy periods, we do advise customers to allow up to 48 hours for delivery.
In your case, we can see that your H&M code was ordered on Saturday 12th September at 10:56am and was delivered at 11:29am the same day. We can also see that you contacted our Customer Services team, who resent the code for you on Monday 14th September at 10:58am.
Please do ensure you check your spam and junk folders, as email providers can sometimes filter automated emails into these folders.

Designed to make you not use it.
The whole website was quite tedious, and designed to make you forget you had the card so it could expire and the business take the money. This card was a gift, and I had to sign up, verify, authenticate, check by email and even then still had to choose the specific shop I wanted a voucher for, and I couldn't use it in conjunction with other offers. It expires after 12 months too so not it's hard not to be cynical about where this company's main profit is from. (people forgetting about the cards)

In relation to expiry dates, your YouChoose card gives you 12 months to exchange your balance for a retailer gift card. Once you have completed the exchange, the expiry date of the digital gift card is set by the retailer you've chosen, not by YouChoose. The validity period therefore varies by brand and begins from the point the retailer gift card is issued.
Regarding the use of gift cards alongside promotions or discounts, these terms are determined by the individual retailers, and some brands do not permit gift cards to be used in conjunction with other offers.

Cannot login to my account access my money!
The two factor authorisation code being sent is incorrect every time meaning I cannot access my account. No way to contact unless you use there chat, which is a bot and says a human will get in touch when they're ready. No contact number. Emailed and said it may take 24 hours to respond! I need access to my Money/vouchers now!

Process too complicated and doesn't work
The whole process for obtaining my electronic vouchers was far too complicated. The 'I am not a robot' test is ridiculously difficult and often doesn't work. In fact I was unable to redeem one of my vouchers because of this. After resetting my password it finally worked. A very unsatisfactory experience. I will not recommend Youchoose to others.
