Very fast
It was great I got a confirmation email that I had purchased it then on the second email I had got my voucher within 5 minutes of me buying it it does say it may take up to 48 hours to arrive so keep that in mind

Not Happy
The scratch card was faulty, damaged the number then had to phone up about it, then went to the shop to buy some clothes with it, but was then told the card had to be registered on line using the original purchasers email address, so had to get them to sort it, also you can only use it in one shop of your choice, but the card seems to imply you can shop at several.

We would also like to clarify that YouChoose is a 2-step multi-retailer gift card, and this process is outlined on the card and within the redemption instructions. You do not need to choose just one retailer. Customers can exchange their balance for multiple digital gift cards across different brands, as long as sufficient funds remain available on the card.
If the scratch panel was damaged during scratching and the code became difficult to read, our support team would be happy to help resolve this through our online chat service.

Ridiculous rigmarole you have to go through . Got to the store I decided I was going to use and the email didn't come through so had to use cash instead . Still got the voucher . Takes far to long for the email to come through with the code to use .

Having reviewed your order, we can see that you exchanged your YouChoose balance for a Primark gift card, and we have not received any other reports of Primark codes being unable to be used in-store. Please ensure you are using the second email containing your gift card code, rather than the first email, which is simply your order confirmation.
We can also see that your order was placed at 1:20pm on 10th August, and your gift card code was successfully dispatched at 1:22pm, so we're unsure about the reference to the code taking a long time to arrive.

Have struggled more than an hour to redeem the voucher and in the end had to purchase by paying the full amount as the email didn’t come through within more than one hour trying. It take so long to do it.
