I used Your Airhost whilst working abroad, communication with the company was always on point. When I got home my property was just as I left it. Good reliable company definitely recommend.

I had to stay a few nights while caring for an elderly family member who lives nearby. I could not recommend enough. Covid compliant not to mention friendly and very helpful service. The attention to detail regarding cleanliness was second to none. I felt extremely safe and comfortable during this weird time. 10/10 for location, cleanliness, Covid compliant but most of all the service.

I had a wonderful experience at the property, very clean, modern and off road parking. Stefan was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

The team at Your Air Host are just fab! Always on hand whatever the request and nothing ever too much trouble. I would 100% use them for all my trips to London in the future. The homes are always clean, tidy and just as you see online!

I use Your AirHost quite frequently and I know that it’s easier to write a review only when something goes wrong, but thought I would say that I’ve never had a problem with any bookings. It’s a great company and I strongly recommend them.

I stayed recently in an apartment that was managed by yourairhost. Someone greeted me at check in and showed me around the property which was helpful. All the rooms were clean and the bedding was fresh. Enjoyable experience.

To anyone that is thinking of using this company - avoid at all costs.
They will try to pin and damages on you and hold back your deposit irrespective of if you are to blame. Their post stay audit procedures are suspect. So if anything is damaged, they blame the next tenant!
In spite of video evidence I sent to prove damaged furniture was there when we arrived they held my £150 deposit and only after prolonged correspondence did they refund only £100 of it - maintaining that it was me and my family that broke the furniture. We did not, but after 2 months of arguing I accepted £100 of the £150 because I could see I was NEVER going to get any further.
My advice - as soon as you get in the premises, video everything and send it to them asking for confirmation that it is accepted as proof of property condition.
This company is NOT to be trusted. In effect they stole £50 off me.

We stayed in a Your AirHost run apartment in central London. Everything was clean and tidy and we received a friendly and professional greeting. Even though we arrived late, the host was very accommodating and we were provided with all the contact details we needed if anything went wrong and the host even recommended some great little spots for us to eat nearby! Great experience all round.

I have the pleasure of working with Your AirHost and I find them to be incredibly hardworking and professional chaps. Richard is acutely aware of what to prioritise and focus on, to ensure guests have a good stay, and hosts have their homes managed effectively.

They're always open to looking at new ways of working, and focused on growth and improvement, which make the working partnership very enjoyable!

These guys are top notch. They are extremely professional and offer a great value for money service. Communications is key area in this industry and they certainly excel in this.Everything from their home team to management really is second to none. Would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for someone to look after your home.

Good company. Operate in areas some of the bigger companies do not. Responsive communication and flexible with terms and arrangements. They looked after my place well and left it tidy upon my return. If you're looking for a company to co-host I recommend getting in touch with them.
