Fantastic service and location. Lovely home and very central location close to Shoreditch, but in a quiet street with nice cafes near by.

Substandard approach to everything
Stayed at a property that was less than adequate. No vetting had been done to make sure it was suitable for occupants. Previous tenants laundry and bedding left, heating issues, broken windows and doors. Offered an ulterior property of much lesser value than what we'd paid originally. Attempted to resolve issues and received empty apologies and promises. Additional calls made post stay to speak to someone regarding issues again met with promises of call backs and sub standard customer services. I would recommend avoiding properties managed by this company and seek direct let's from owners instead.

Apologies that you felt that the house was not up to standard. The guest who the booking was made under, called us to address three separate issues. All of these were resolved immediately over the phone, including switching the heating on. No other issues were reported to us until a week after the stay by yourself. We regret that you did not give us a opportunity to fix your concern during your stay. An offer of compensation was made in order to restore your groups faith in our service, however this was declined by yourself.

I've had a great experience with this company, they communicate well and everything ran very smoothly. I was abroad for a time and thankfully felt safe to leave things in their hands.

Hosted my first guest
I had a few doubts at first, but just hosted my first guest in my apartment and I’m very happy. The team is really helpful, and setting up my apartment was super quick.
