Very happy with this alarm watch. My good companion.

Saw advert on tele and being on my own with my son hundred of miles away and have serious balance issues thought I would give them a try.
Have set alarm off a few times by mistake. Lady on the end of phone very understanding.

My father has had a Your Stride watch and associated subscription for just over 2 years. In that time he has experienced two emergency situations, the most recent one being a stroke.
The Your Stride team are very professional and dealt with both situations brilliantly, ensuring both the emergency services and his emergency contacts were alerted immediately and given all the necessary information.
The watch is easy to use and gives both my father and us confidence that he can live as independently as possible but that help is at hand should he require it.
Fabulous company!

Only one problem: digit “6” not easily distinguished from digit “8”. Easily solved!

I recently had a stroke, and now have early stage Alzheimer's. The watch has given me the freedom. To travel in confidence knowing if something does happen to me. Your Stride is the to locate me and send assistance.

I appreciate the reliability I have had since I began a few weeks go. The watch is easy to use but it has triggered itself on when I had not pressed it, so I had to cancel the call.
