Your Stride provide an extremely good service. They keep us informed about everything we need to know. We have never actually needed to use the watch yet to alert us if my husband feels ill or has had a fall but we have every confidence that if required it will meet our expectations and fulfill our needs. It has given us peace of mind if my husband has to be in the house on his own for an hour or two, and their back up service reassures us.

Great that the watch came ready connected and could wear straight away. Just wish it wasn't quite so big.

Helpful people online & on phone. Ordering was easy, and delivery was quick. It fits well on my smaller wrists, but looks good when my relative tried it on her larger wrist. Sensitivity is excellent and a real person answers very quickly when I stumbled, very reassuring and they were so kind. Easy to turn off if I set it off by mistake. And when I did stumble and end up at hospital,the team tracked me down and spoke to my granddaughter on my landline to make sure I was OK. Fantastic Service all round Thank you I am really happy with it.
