Scammers ! They said if I switch to British Gas it’s fixed 180 a month they are charging me £500 a month !!!

DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO USWITCH POWERED BY REBOXED. I sent an absolutely perfect phone to them with a prior quote of £330, only for them to say there were scratches on the screen. Complete lie , it was perfect, I even took pictures before it was sent. They reduced my offer by a considerable amount saying it’s was because of the said scratches. I rejected their revised offer and asked for my phone back because I knew it had no scratches at all, only to find they had damaged it while in their care. No doubt so they don’t have to fork out the full amount originally quoted . I am furious! I can no longer get the price it was worth elsewhere. Complete con, if you’ve got a perfect, no flaws phone do not send. I hate dishonest practices like this. Rang them up and they couldn’t give a crap their word against mine . DO NOT TRUST USWITCH POWERED BY REBOXED!

Absolute criminals.
While switching from Scottish power to British gas, I was promised by email that they wasn't a charge for coming out of contract to switch to British gas. Scottish power said uswitch are dishonest and I've been charged £200 fine from coming out of contract. I refuse to be rob by them and now I'm blacklisted.
What a brilliant company this. Uswitch said I should of double checked and not to take there email serious.

Need broadband with phone for elderly neighbour.
According to Uswitch there are zero options available for her.
Other broadband checkers however can give us a long list of viable offers.

Requested possible Broadband Suppliers at my address and every one was based on Fibre. We don't have Fibre and there is no plans in our area until end 2026, if ever. So another useless site

Uswitch used to actually be helpful in finding you a deal and then swapping to it. Just tried today as my SIM contract is out of date and instead of doing what it used to do - Uswitch is now trying to get me to sign up to uswitch plus.
Why the change and why are you now spamming users simply looking to find the best deals on their contracts?

Switched my TV and broadband from Sky to Virgin.
Ended up paying for Virgin broadband and TV, as well as Sky TV. Had to cancel Sky by myself. Can’t see the point of this service if you have to do it yourself.

The savings stated are mathematically impossible.....and note the exit penalties...and you may have to get a "smart" meter.
I was told I would save £222 pounds by moving my Octopus fixed V4 at a cost of £265 pm to an OVO fixed at a cost of £266 pm !!!?? Plus £50 per energy penalty!!??

Big fraud - ask you to fill out lengthy forms and do not even give you a comparison and instead will have someone to call you to sell.

I was on to review potential re-mortgage rates for my property and filled in all the lengthy information and personal details to only get to the end of it to be passed to a company called MOJO remortgaging?? What a complete waste of my time and would never have filled out all of my personal details if I thought there was third party involvement.

Total utter waste of time stay away .

Extremely disappointed with uSwitch's service. They failed to respond to my inquiries and deliver the promised benefits, leading to a frustrating experience.

Spoke to Julie Tait at Uswitch. Firstly getting through to Uswich was very quick and easy which makes a very refreshing change. Speaking to a human being for a change was also a very refreshing change. Julie was very friendly, helpful and informative. Would defo use Uswich again and recommend to anyone having issues or wanting information about energy and other things.

Julie Mitchell answered immediately - a bit of a shock really as so many other companies you ring have you listening to mind numbing stuff for ever!
Sadly, she was unable to help with my specific enquiry of switching energy companies, but explained everything clearly and offered suggestions about what I could try next. Thanks, Julie.

I spoke to Lorraine in customer service on the phone today and although she couldn't help much due to the crisis at the moment, she was absolutely lovely and super friendly :)
