I went onto Uswitch to look at the cost of Landlord Buildings Insurance. I specifically ticked to say I didn't want any phone calls. However for the past week I've been getting phone calls from Insurance companies asking if I want to take out a policy with them.

Just switched our Gas and Electricity..Rachel was particularly helpful in explaining the process ( as I was a little apprehensive about how to change supplier) she took time to explain everything to us which helped us to make our minds up.

Excellent service, all my questions answered, didn’t take long, got a great deal switching gas/electric company, would definitely use them again & recommend 😊

I contacted uSwitch as I was thinking of changing provider and felt it a good idea to seek a second opinion. Joanne, at uSwitch, was very helpful and talked me through the procedure.
If you are thinking of changing provider and would like a second opinion I recommend contacting uSwitch. This I will do in the future.

Spoke to Liam today i got first class customer service and the process was painless and easy to under stand.

Having had a very confusing experience trying to switch from present supplier, I was worried I would be left with no services and no supplier.

I rang uswitch & got a lovely lady called Julie Tate who was very patient & helpful & help us to get the best offer for us she gave us 3 different offers but we wanted
one that would provide a Smart meter so that was the offer we went with saving us £96 so happy days.

I spoke to Julie on the phone and she explained everything I needed to know- absolutely fab service from her.

1 star too many! Absolutely disgusting service from this company. I approached them when moving house, I didn’t get a response for four weeks!

I have since received an automated email to say they will be switching my provider. Not a service I have asked for!

I have asked for my details to be removed from the database, a week ago now. Three emails from three separate people and they are still not removing my details, a complete breach of GDPR law.

I have now raised a complaint with the ombudsman to try and get this awful company to remove my information!

I’ll proactively going to be telling as many people as possible to steer well clear!

First time I have used uSwitch but found it good to be able to speak to a advisor and not just have to rely on online format. Found a deal that suits me .

I have just had a wonderful experience switching my energy company. I tried uSwitch today for the first time, very quickly put through to Julie. Who was so helpful I felt at ease immediately.
