So far my experience has been great. I did a lot of research on these supplements and I am so far impressed that this supplement is more cost friendly but has all the great ingredients at the same strengths as more expensive brands.

My dog had two torn ACL on her back legs. Did not have surgery. Yumove has worked wonders on her!

My dog has been on YuMove for the last 4 years. He continued to do competitive agility at master level to he was 12 years old. We are retired from agility and do competitive rally at master level and he is more 13+ yrs old. YuMove helps him remain comfortable even in his older years!

I have asked numerous times over email and telephone for you to stop sending me the product so frequently. I only need one container every two months AT THE MOST and you continue to charge me every month without notifying me that the charge is about to go through. A subscription service shouldn't be this difficult for you to figure out.

You don't respond to emails or phone messages!!!!! You send notice out of a subscription being sent without a prior notice to adjust the subscription of necessary. I have left messages and sent emails please contact me ASAP 845-656-2207. If you ship things out on non business days you should be able to respond, otherwise do not do any business on non business days.

My senior dog is 14 1/2 and her joints were getting stiff. We tried Yumove and it’s been wonderful. If she doesn’t eat for a couple days (huskies do this) and doesn’t take her Yumove you can tell a difference in her ability to get up and down. We now make sure she takes it every day even if she doesn’t eat. We drop it right in her food and sometimes that’s the only thing she eats out of the bowl. Would recommend that anyone who has a senior dog try this supplement for their stiff joints! Also the auto order is a godsend for busy people.

The new “Yumove Advanced Max Strength” that replaces “360” makes my cat vomit. It has different ingredients such as Hoki and liquid fish oil rather than powder. (Despite claims made by the company to me that it is the same - until I read out the different ingredients to them and then they agreed it is different.) Prior to this my cat had been on “360” for 3 years with no problems.

I have used YuMove for several years now with my high achieving small standard poodles in AGILITY. I can't thank you enough. Any "problems" with the automatic shipping were promptly taken care of. I firmly believe that the nutritional supplements in YuMove have helped keep my dogs healthy. Thank you.

I first called with a question about the appropriate dose for my dog and actually spoke with a person! Score 10 brownie points! Then I got an email like the NEXT day that product was shipped. 10 more brownie points!And the product had been tested in double blind studies and both studies showed improvement in mobility and comfort- this the most important of all. I dont expect a panacea but am cautiously optomistic about trying it. And the price is very reasonable- I dont feel like Im being gouged just because I love my dog and dont want her to hurt.

Customer service was great. I took off a star because I was not contacted that the company no longer accepts PayPal. I had to call to find out why I had not received the autoship joint supplement that I have used for quite some time. I cannot understand why this happened!
