No longer receive advance notice of shipment
I used to get emails letting me know my order was going to be shipped in advance of it actually being mailed. I travel and occasionally want to modify delivery dates, amounts and addresses. The last shipment went to my old address and the rep was gracious enough to replace it. I told her I didn't get advance notification and she advised me to check spam and let her know if I had received an email. I did as requested, no response and this delivery was the same. I got notified once the shipment was on it's way.

I have an 11 year old Scottish terrier
I have an 11 year old Scottish terrier. She has been taking your supplements for several years. We started her on them at the first sign of pain/stiffness. Since she has been on them her pain/stiffness is much better. It seems to only bother her when she first gets up but once she starts moving, she acts just like a teenage dog. Running after her ball and chasing squirells.
