Forced auto shipments, not a trustworthy guarantee
I did not receive any follow up regarding my satisfaction with the results of starting the product. My 5 year old Golden Retriever has very mild arthritis in his front left paw. I saw no result and due to no follow up I missed the 90 day window for a refund. When I discussed it with your rep, she acted as though that’s the general mode of action for your company, protecting you from needing to stand behind your guarantee.
I also didn’t get an email alerting me to an auto-shipment being prepared to be shipped. I therefore didn’t have the option to stop the shipment. That’s a sales tactic that makes me distrust a company.

Unwanted auto ship
I discontinued automatic refills last month when I was sent a notice that product had been shipped. Again, I received a notice that the product had already been shipped. I have a full bottle of this product and do not need another right now. While I like the product, I need notice before anything is shipped so I can manage the quantity. Please stop this auto ship immediately. Thank you
