It would have been nice if I was notified that the product I have been buying was discontinued. Instead, it just stopped showing up (I was on Autoship). I have re-subscribed to the product now being offered, after a call to your customer service dept.

Your website to get recommendations for a particular dog does not work. And I have tried at least six times. Therefore, I had to leave Voicemail and email message to have a representative give me a call for recommendations. That representative was pleasant and easy to deal with, and gave me the pertinent information.
