Yumove email response for shipping
What made my experience great was how fast my email was replied to. A Customer Service member told me Yumove's shipping system is closed on weekends, and that I was reassured that my dog's order would be here by Monday. Yumove has really helped my dog Chichi so much, that's why I wanted to get more as soon as I could! I appreciate the explanation I was given!

YuMove has REALLY helped my dog
YuMove has REALLY helped my dog. He had TPLO for cranial cruciate ligament rupture. The sports med vet recommended YuMove both for the affected joint and to help protect his other joints. He's over a year out from surgery and you would never know he even had any issues. My dog loves it and I love that my dog feels so good.

Great Service!
I had to leave home when my son died. An order was being processed so I emailed Customer Service to halt the order. My request was honored immediately.
Then I emailed Customer service and asked them to process the order and send to Las Vegas where I was staying with family. Customer Service was very responsive and relieved me of all worry. Thank you very much!

My pet Maxine passed away in…
My pet Maxine passed away back in October. Besides supplying a product that truly improved my pup's quality of life for her last 2 years, when I unintentionally delayed informing the company of her death until I had received her November autoship, they offered their sincere condolences, reimbursed me the amount from that last autoship, and allowed me to donate that last product to whomever I chose. I thought that was a CLASS ACT thing to do. I hope the pet owner I chose to give Maxine's YUMove to becomes one of your many satisfied customers.
