It’s a good product it’s just a little expensive!

I have a 5 year old Golden Retriever that was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia when she was almost 2 years old. She was put on NSAID’s for some time but would still walk with a limp. I started giving her YuMOVE about 2 1/2 years ago (I stopped giving her the NSAID’s) and within the first 1-2 months I noticed her limp was gone. She has been taking YuMOVE hip and joint since then. She walks, runs and plays now and shows no signs of pain.

Need to use different delivery services. Usps always ships my order to kansas city before returning to st. Louis to be sent to local post office. Adds 3 days minimum.

The YuMove product is fantastic. I have had a previous positive customer service interaction. Unfortunately, this last time, I was sent the wrong item and I tried to resolve the issue, but my concern wasn't addressed. They replied very quickly and politely; unfortunately, I wasn't "heard" and their replies, though very upbeat and positive, did not match my problem. It felt like they were just trying to pacify me. The issue remains unsolved.

Excellent product. Arrives in time each order

This works really well for my dog. My only complaint is that she has been without the supplements for a few weeks. Not sure why the disruption because I can visibly see the difference without them. I hope this not going to keep happening.

My dog was an agility dog and had issues with speed. We could tell her age was catching up with her. Someone recommended YuMOVE and my dog responded very well. Even after she reached our goal for her Pach and retired from agility, I keep her on this product so she can be as happy as she can be.

Love the product but hate the speed of shipment and delivery. It seems like it takes a long time for fulfillment after placing the order.

The medicine is very good, the problem is the time it takes to ship it; it's been 3 days since they took the money and the medicine hasn't left their facilities.

I have a subscription. They always notify me when the next package is coming. Very reliable.

I haven't had the need to contact customer services recently because you have met all expectations in providing Yumove

Ordering my dogs pills from YuMove directly has been great, no complaints whatsoever! It is actually cheaper to order directly than going through other pet stores/suppliers, which we have done. YuMove customer service is the BEST. I mean top-notch, always friendly and quick to reply, I appreciate that so much in a day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past.

I didn’t realize I put this on auto renewal???? I’ve been charged and don’t have my product.

My Cardigan Corgi's DNA test showed that he is susceptible to hip issues. I started him on YuMove. He is doing great on it! He's been on YuMove for well over one year.

YuMove supplements are an easy way to get beneficial health support for my dog. The subscription process means we never run out.
The only negative was when we first signed up, they sent us too many bottles. When I noticed I had like four bottles, I checked and we were signed up to get product too often.
The problem was quickly remedied and we are very happy.
Overall, based on quality of product, shipments, on-time delivery, customer service and cost, we give YuMove a five-star rating.
