This company is not the same as zenith real estate FYI

I recently had some issues with payments to Zenith Management LTD and was assisted by Olivia. She was exceptionally polite and helpful, quickly addressing all my questions and concerns. Her professionalism made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend their services!

It would have been a more negative report, since I got randomly locked out of my My.Zenith portal, just at a moment I really needed to check my account. However (albeit after a couple of somewhat irritated chasers!) Alex very brightly got back to me after the third, was very efficient, and solved the issue. My advice is never to hit the reply button on any Zenith email, but always input the email address yourself. (And ask for Alex Clarke??)

Pretty shocking - I live In royal mills + just had fobs changed - worst comms - people can’t get in out of flat. No access to car spaces. Poor comms. Can’t get extra fobs for kids quickly want to charge £3O+ … POOR

dont buy a property if zenith managment are involved. Simultanously hike service charges and strip back on any service provided. Leasehold flats are a scam.

Martin, Martin & Jerry are a great concierge team who keep the building in check. Both martins are always so helpful and great to chat to when collecting parcels or asking for any other help in the building. Thank you to you all.

Brilliant service from the Conceirge Team at Lowry Wharf. I have been a resident at the Irwell Building for a few years and the team are an asset, helping with deliveries, site maintenaine and meter readings day to day and on hand for any other issues. Big thanks to both Martins and the rest of the team!

The onsite guys here are so helpful it’s nice to have some great support after our previous management company! James in the office is so helpful and a really nice guy to deal with 😊

I have recently moved out of The Riverside, which is managed by Zenith. I lived there for 5 years and they were made much easier by both Martins in the concierge office. The service that they offer goes way beyond parcels, they have always been on hand to deal with issues like broken gates, lifts or even anti social behaviour. The building runs very smoothly thanks to them and I always felt that they went above and beyond for the residents. I must also mention Jerry the cleaner who kept the building looking great, a tough job when you have a lot of people living in one building.
I also lived there during Covid and all staff often put the needs of the residents above their own personal safety.
Communication from the team was always great, from being notified about the windows being cleaned to the messages about parcels. Recently the fire alarm system failed, but a safety precaution was put in place really quickly.
I will honestly miss the Riverside and the staff that keep the building running safely. Thank you all!!!

I had an issue with the car fob and that was sorted in a timely and professional manner by Alex Clarke. Truly appreciate the help

I was following up a meter reading request and Alex responded within minutes with the information I needed. Speedy and helpful service!

They came through last year and bought buildings that already had businesses in them. They more than doubled the rent. They decided the buildings needed to be different colors and the parking lots needed to be removed for looks. They just sent bills for over $3000 for these “maintenance fixes” that were unnecessary and the tenants didn’t request. Now all of the tenants of those buildings were evicted with less than a month to get out. We moved a 25 plus year business out by the end of June. Now they are trying to charge over $2400 because they had to remove a couple tables and chairs. They shut down several businesses with no reasoning. Worse landlords we ever had.

Wow. What a service from Alex Clarke. Fast and so professional, solving our problem almost immediately. It's rare that you get customer service this good. It makes such a difference in a really stressful situation.

Taking photograhs/selfies outside North Tower is not a crime. You do not have to delete, and Zenith properties cannot seize your phone or camera. The photo also remains in your copyright. The only recourse available to them is through a civil court. Trespass laws would also be difficult outside their building due to public access. Again, this is also have a civil matter.

An appalling company led by an ignorant absent MD whom I have mailed multiple times to complain too about his lapse building management - no surprise he has never replied.

I lived in Meadowside and would never want to live in a building managed by them again.

- 1 evening security for 3 buildings
- Junior property manager who only visits once per week and seem to not know about the plants outside dying, fire exits left open, burglaries, the rat infestation.
- A Zenith employee was my neighbour, not sure how she could afford it 😂 but she let her dog foul outside, always off the leash in the common areas and swept her floors out onto the landing. Ow and her partner would leave her screaming toddler in the apartment whilst he was downstairs smoking multiple times per day.

I wouldn’t want to live in a building managed by these clowns again.

Very pleased with our building manager, James Stanton. He's always quick to respond to our queries either via email or in person and goes out of his way to help make our apartment building a friendly and welcoming place. Really appreciate having him around!
