I recently made a landlord claim through Zero Deposit. The process was more time-consuming than I expected, particularly because I needed tenant and guarantor contact details that I did not hold and had to explain this several times.
There was also some delay after I was advised that Zero Deposit would contact my letting agent directly for the outstanding information. However, once the Claims team became involved, matters progressed properly. They extended the deadline so that my claim was not prejudiced, obtained the necessary information and reviewed the evidence I had provided.
My claim was assessed at £630, and I am pleased to confirm that the full £630 has now been received in my bank account.
Overall, I am satisfied with the final outcome and appreciate the assistance provided by the Claims team. The main area for improvement would be better continuity and quicker action when information needs to be obtained from a letting agent, which would reduce unnecessary chasing and concern for landlords.

Paige was extremely polite and helpful. Everything was explained to me in a clear manner, an excellent representative of your company.

Waiting for the payment to be received into my bank account but the process was firm and fair with full understanding.

I ask these guys in less than 48 hrs that I am not living at the property and wanna surrender with letting agency ..instead of coming to me and follow their 14 days period which they boasted on internet
They have just follow what letting agency suggest that your contract is in place and you cant leave ..I think this decision is with me if I wanna leave this service or use them ..I end I just been duped of money which I ask them to return .
