Very bad service no one contacted me to…
Very bad service no one contacted me to explain what's going on. I had to keep chasing the staff to get answers. The system is non-existent. Staff poorly trained to look after their tenants. Awful experience. I ended up paying extra for no reason as the process was not explained properly. I don't know why staff don't pick up their phones as it keeps going to the over flow system who do not know nothing about the contracts.

Our records show that you were invited to use our platform on 20th April with your no deposit plan activated on the same day after you completed sign-up and payment.
This reflects and efficient process and it should be noted that no attempts were made to contact our support team.
Overall, it appears that you had a very smooth journey specifically relating to your interactions with flatfair and we take pride on continually delivering this level of service.
I sincerely hope that you're able to solve the difficulties with your agent and you're able to complete the move-in as soon as possible.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague.
I used flatfair as a landlord. It is not what is pretends to be. It’s impossible to speak to anyone. When my tenant defaulted on the rent they did nothing and said I had to wait until they had left. Then when they had left they said it was too late to do anything.
In the end, it turns out that you only get any recompense if they can get it from the tenants, so this is actually worse than a normal deposit agreement as at least I would have had a months rent as a deposit.
Avoid this.
