Excellent and supportive service

I am very grateful for the excellent service I received from Zero Deposit. When we first rented our property, we were struggling financially and were worried about paying a traditional deposit. Zero Deposit made the process simple and hassle-free, which was a great help to us at the time.
More recently, when we needed to settle a claim, they were again very understanding and offered a payment plan. This has been a huge help to me as an overseas worker living and working in the UK, as managing unexpected expenses can be difficult.
I really appreciate their understanding, flexibility and professional service. They made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Really frustrating initially. Emails weren’t answered. I could not get any clarity on what the alleged outstanding balance related to. Once I was able to speak to a person however it was a completely different experience. Both people I spoke to were helpful and able to resolve my issues

Really easy to use and a great support tool, however it doesn’t really explain the acceptable criteria and why those criteria are and aren’t acceptable.
