Speedy service
The specific 'fit to fly' certificate I was looking for wasn't available despite the Ai bot telling me it was...it eventually agreed that there wasn't a generic fit to fly certificate so initially it was a bit confusing and I needed it sorting quickly so I could catch a flight.
Somebody contacted me later and told me what to do and it was issued in less than 12 hours in total. Just a bit confusing initially.

Very professional company
Very professional company yet everything was worded so I could understand it. I had had a heart trace done with another company before this but ZoomDoc exceeded them totally. The start of the process was in depth and clear. The letter/certificate I received from that was also very clear. After the 24 hour heart trace was returned I received a detailed report along with a clear and readable letter detailing the findings which was easy for me to understand. My GP was impressed with it also as she could see straightaway what the result was and also had the medical knowledge to understand the rest of the detailed report which has gone a long way in me getting the medical attention I needed. Their customer service is excellent and my emails were answered quickly with the information I had asked for. Overall I would recommend ZoomDoc for this process 100%.
