GIGI, is who i spoke with, via email, excellent service, if it wasn't for her, I would be scoring 3*, thats because when I asked for a document to be updated, two other people, sent me the same document (without it being updated), so I kept emailing back and forth, as they stated it had been updated, I couldn't see this because yes, it was updated, but I kept receiving, THE SAME ATTACHMENT, NOT UPDATED. I needed a travel with medication…
I needed a travel with medication certificate quickly - and this was exactly what I got, within the hour. The following week I realised that I needed the certificate to state the exact daily dose of medication, how much I will be taking with me and that I would need to keep some of the medication chilled.
