Pleasant experience, kind representative. Sent an additional mini frother. Just a great experience. Couldn't have went better.

I couldn’t believe the awesome quality of customer service! I called because when I changed the batteries on my frother it wouldn’t shut off. They not only replaced it but sent me an extra! I didn’t even have to send my old one back. Much more than I expected. So kind and generous! I use it everyday. Such a kind generous family owned business.

The citrus squeezer is one of my fave kitchen gadgets. One broke, immediate replacement by Zulu’s.

Their customer service is awesome which is ver y rare nowadays.

We had our first brother from April, 2024. Used nearly everyday and for several cups of coffee. When it quit, we remembered the lifetime warranty. Emailed the company. Jumped through a few hoops and received a replacement plus 1 additional frother. Paid for shipping and all is good. There doesn’t seem to be any way to obtain the lifetime warranty with these new replacements. However l, with 2 new ones, I suppose it would be only right to re-purchase one, if and when these fail. Good company and fairly good communication.

Customer Service was excellent. I was given what felt like top priority in replacing my frother. Over and above what I expected.

The customer service is horrible. Request a Return Label for refund and was told to display a picture of the product I purchased. The purchase item was much early within 30 days. The return policy indicates, no questions ask return period if the product does not satisfy their needs. However, I had informed them of the reason I was unsatisfied and asked to speak with the Manager.

They stated a Manager would call me regarding the Return Label and he never returned the call. It is now 3 days and have not heard from the Manager.

It is really nice they have lifetime warranty on some of their products. I got a coffee frother that randomly stopped working. I got a reply the day I emailed them and they sent me a replacement as well as a second free frother and they came within a few days. Highly recommend.

This company is the real deal! To my surprise, their customer service was polite, helpful, and truly outstanding. When my frother stopped working after just a couple of months, they immediately sent me a replacement—no questions asked. Great people and excellent service! I highly recommend them

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I don't often shop online but originally discovered Zulay through purchasing at Amazon. My item ( milk foamer) lasted years beyond expected but when the button wouldn't work properly, I wrote directly to Zulay and they were so personable , they sent me 2 more free of charge! They respond to my queries within moments and with my order, I received a nice note from Chloe.. Thank you Jay as well. Overall, I hope to order from them directly as their expediency and professionalism, made trust ordering online more often! Also, my order was delivered much sooner than I expected!

I purchased an Infuser water bottle and it came with the lid not popping open, you could clip shut but not pop it open would have to remove the clip. I just purchased and did not want it that way so I sent an email to the company. They immediately emailed me back and explained that there products have warranty and within the next week I had a new infuser. It was painless to deal with this company. I am impressed with how they stand behind their products and would so purchase again from them and also recommend as well. I love wonderful customer service and this was so that. I asked for advice for grinding espresso beans with Zulay grinder I recently bought on Amazon. The response was prompt and I have gotten helpful tips and a replacement for a small part my machine was missing

I was having a problem with a milk frother I bought on Amazon a few months ago. I reached out to Zulay to see if they could assist me. After some troubleshooting, they agreed to replace the product. The replacement order arrived quickly & included a 2nd milk frother as a gift for my troubles. The new frother has been working beautifully. Their customer service team was helpful & took care of my needs in a prompt manor. I would purchase from them again.

I really like this manual cheese grater. I use it almost every day. I bought one for each of my daughters as well and they use theirs a lot also. Highly recommend.
