This company is a JOKE. I ordered a balloon bouquet for my husband and the day of his birthday, I was "contacted" via email that they had no affiliates to fulfill the order. (I live in the DC area) Later that day, I received an unprofessional "oh well.. it's not our problem" response. They did nothing to try to make it right. Just save yourself the headache and find someone else.

What a waste of a service. I ordered birthday balloons for my daughter and they waited until 12pm to inform me they can't fulfill the order. This totally defeats the purpose of order balloons when you don't have time to go to the store.

Ordered balloons for my husbands birthday 5 days before his birthday. He was at our cabin in Montana. I was told on his birthday that they would be delivered. The local liaison then contacted my husband asking if she could deliver next day. He told her that was okay if she delivered before 4 as he was leaving to drive back to Maryland for the season. He waited til 450, and she didn’t show. My camera shows she left the. At the door about 5. They will sit there all winter. They won’t apologize or refund my money. I would not even try to use them again

Ordered a balloon bouquet for my grandsons 1st birthday who lives 2600 miles from me it was not at all what was expected
It was strictly for a girl and although I knew there could be substitutions this was a bouquet for a girl and was only 1/2 inflated at best on day of delivery and 2 days later they were on the floor not only was this disappointing it was rather embarrassing and was 120.00. Wish I could post pictures but there’s no way to leave pics. I gave them the opportunity to make it right but they declined.

I'm an out of town parent and I desperately wanted to surprise my son on his 18th birthday today.. However, I was called this afternoon that there vendor in Buckley West Virginia "Ran out of Helium" (uhhh, How is that possible if u run a business!) Anyways they thanked me for using there service & told me not to worry, That I will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days!! Gee-Whiz Thank you 1800Balloons!! Ya do GOOD business!!

I ordered a "Large" Teddy Bear and balloon bouquet to be delivered to my 10 year old grand niece yesterday. My nephew (her father) was killed in an accident over the weekend and I was trying to give her some comfort. I understand they may switch out for a different stuffed animal, but instead of a large bear, she received a puppy the size of my hand (so not large). I cannot get through on any of their lines, and no one is calling me back.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with this company . I order early for a same day delivery and I get a call a few hours later and the balloons CANNOT be delivered the same day. If you do not have the ability to deliver the same day THEN DONT ADVERTISE SAME DAY DELIVERY!

Ordered balloons for granddaughters birthday and they never arrived. When I called the day delivery I was told they would be delivered by 5pm AZ time. NEVER showed up. I called to get a refund was told they would find out why and NEVER followed up with that either. I will never buy from them again! WORST customer service ever!

The balloons deflated the same day, 81 dollars wasted!! I will never buy from them again.

Two days ago, I ordered a teddy bear/balloon bouquet from 1-800-balloons.com to be delivered to Rancho Mirage. I received emails from the company telling me my order was confirmed. I thought everything was in order until mid-morning today, the day the delivery was supposed to be made, that my order can’t be fulfilled because they could not find any helium in the Palm Springs area. While I understand that shortages can happen, there is absolutely no reason why they could not have told me earlier than at 10:30 am on the day the delivery is supposed to be made. I had to scramble to arrange for a delivery from another vendor and ended up paying extra because I needed same day delivery. To add insult to injury, I am still waiting for my refund from 1-800-balloons.com. Very disappointed by this unreliable company. DO NOT USE

No call when they arbitrarily cancelled my order. I ordered 2 days ahead of the event. My grandson’s dog being put down. I ordered balloons that matched the colors of his pet and 800 balloons cancelled because they felt we were going go to release the balloons to doggy heaven. No call, embarrassed when the balloons didn’t show, closed all weekend and had to wait until Monday to get a weak apology and reason. They suck

What I order looked nothing like what was delivered. I spent $100 on balloons for Valentines Day and I would have gotten nicer balloons if I would have went to the grocery store and bought them myself. Would have saved myself a lot of money too.

I never ordered the balloons after I saw the fees that were added to a 35.95 product of 5 balloons. 24.99 delivery fee. 14.99 national fee. Rip off for 5 balloons that you can purchase from a store for 5.00 per balloon. Not worth 75.00! 15.00 per balloon. After the reviews I've read I'm glad I didn't go through with the purchase.

Absolute worst company to do deal with website nothing is clear or correct to what will be sent and the customer service could not be worst no real answers over email and stops replying without answering any issues or concerns the delivery was not on time and I called over 35 times with no answer. Please save yourself the time your money and the headache by ordering somewhere else

Never ever order from this company. I’ve ordered from it three times, and every time it never gets delivered. The last one was yesterday. Ordered ballon’s for my husband for his birthday. Supposed to be delivered to a Krogers. Finally at ten o’clock last night pulled up my pal pal account . Said they couldn’t find the address. Never did they call me, text me or email me. Third time this company has not delivered what I ordered . Worst company in the world.

Terrible Terrible company! They sent wrong order and balloons died in 1 day. They say all these things are not their fault, since they have clauses in the website for different substations and that balloons don't have last for then 6 hrs.

Terrible service and terrible business practices. Never delivered the order and not a single phone call from anyone to say that they were not coming. AVOID! Awful.

I ordered balloons in early December to be delivered New Years Eve day. December 30th I received an email saying that this company wouldn't be able to honor my order - their affiliate couldn't get helium. Very disappointed. I, too, should have read reviews.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from 1-800 balloons. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service I have ever received. They did not show up in a timely manner and I wish I could have refused delivery by the time they showed up. The balloons were accepted simply because they were dropped off at the front reception of a nursing home. We were there most of the day for my parent’s 62nd wedding anniversary celebration to which is the only reason I had wanted the balloons at all. My dad is 86 and now in a nursing home with dementia and this was my parent’s first anniversary in 62yrs not being able to have a traditional anniversary. I tried to make the day as special as I could. I thought the bright colours of the balloons would trigger a smile to my dads face and maybe he would understand what day it was. It was already an emotional day and this company's lack of customer service made this day worse. By 3pm on Sept 3rd I placed a call to cancel the order as it was now too late and the celebration was over. I was only able to leave a message as no live person would pick up the call. Ironically, I received an email at 4:15pm letting me know the balloons had been delivered. By that time I was at home and the celebration was over. I feel that my order was forgotten and only delivered after I called to cancel. Again, all deliveries can only go to the front reception as no one can enter other floors without a rapid test due to covid. With that being said, I would never have been able to accept/refuse the delivery myself. If I had of know the delivery person was there I certainly would have refused it but again was not able to. Please note that I placed this order 5 days prior to the delivery date and there should have been NO reason for such forgetfulness/tardiness. This arrangement cost me $85 USD, which is extremely expensive and would think you would get great service….Not the case here. When I called customer service to complain about their service the woman was extremely rude. She just didn’t care. I asked for a refund and was rudely denied. I have contact my bank to refuse the credit card transaction to which I am still in the process of having the charge credited back to me. Again…..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPLANY…….You WILL not get good customer service or your delivery as you expect. I too would not have given any stars but I had to select atleast one.....which they don't deserve that.
