Horrible company! Do not order from here! They charge more than they say, around $53 for six balloons. They lie about delivering. Was told they would not leave balloons at door and would make a phone call. They did NOT call and left balloons anyway. Please save yourself the trouble. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed!

I received my order of balloons yesterday around 3:30 and the appearance and quality of the display was so so unprofessional and the delivery person said he was sorry cause he broke one and to top it off three of the balloons were not blown up all the way. Here it is 10:13 Sunday morning and the latex balloons are deflated. This company should be ashamed of themselves. And I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

If I had read reviews about 1 800 Balloons before I ordered I would never have placed an order. For my grandsons graduation I purchased a Junk Food Basket with 3 Mylar balloons that should have said Congrats Graduate. What he got was a basket, 2 Happy Birthday balloons minus a card from who the gift was from. I had to call twice on the day of delivery as he had not received it by 6pm. I called again the next day to tell them of the mistakes and that it was just not acceptable. I was offered a refund for the balloons or replacement with the correct balloons.

Hesitant to purchase balloons due to numerous negative reviews. Although the overpriced balloons were eventually delivered I still don't recomend. Will try a different company next time. Overall my sister enjoyed them and was a sweet gesture.

- Notified 2 days prior substitutions will be made via email.

- Balloons were NOT delivered on requested delivery date (Saturday).

- I contacted customer service via email and reply stated "notes said delivered and if I contacted my family member". Then received another email stating " have been trying to deliver, no one answers the phone, the address we need a building number, a more complete address." Provided information again as requested.

- Balloons delivered 2 days later from original delivery date. Birthday mylar balloons with one pink latex.

Yes, I too am sorry I didn’t read these awful reviews. The balloons were just terrible. I was majorly disappointed. Never order from this shyster company. Their customer service people just shrugged off my calls with no care attitude. I’m calling my cc company to fight the over $75 charges.

If I could give less stars I would. $55 for sagging balloons. No mylar balloons at all. Worst customer service. I wish I had looked at reviews before I spent $55 for something I could have gotten better at the dollar store. Buyer beware!

Terrible! I should of read the reviews ... very late delivery (after bedtime) and the balloons looked used and old! Terrible service ....Was a mess ! I WOULD NEVER use this company for anything! Rip off and a total waste of money!

Yep - so sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering. Ordered on 5/11 for delivery on 5/15 - got email on 5/14 that could not find anyone in my area to fill order. A phone call to follow up on the email would have been appreciated as I had no opportunity to find a substitute in time for a baby shower. Now the wait to make sure my monies are refunded. Disappointed.

They clearly do not care about customers. I ordered balloons for my best friend's 50th birthday, almost a month in advance. I received an order confirmation right away. I did not receive a delivery confirmation, so called to find out what was going on. The gentlemen who answered sighed and told me my order had been cancelled, as they could not find anyone to deliver it. He defensively added "we sent a cancellation notification." I did not receive one so I found that hard to believe. I said wow, that's disappointing. If I had known I would have made other arrangements. He scoffed and answered "we're doing the best we can. These are tough times." I then asked about my refund, which he claimed had been processed. I have not received as of yet.

Extremely overpriced and badly run. They cancelled my Mother's Day order 2 days before Mother's Day, so now my mom won't receive a gift on time. For a company that operates nationally, this is completely unacceptable.

I am so sorry I did not review this company before I placed my order. I was just notified on the day that the delivery was suppose to take place that the order could not be filled. This is horrible service, My mother is in a nursing home and orders have to sit for 2 days before they can be given to the patient. I will never use this company again. Oh and it will take 3-5 days to receive my refund. I gave 1 star because of the web page.

Stay away from this company. I recently ordered balloons for my granddaughter's 1st birthday. They were delivered on time, but what a disappointment in what showed up. I spent nearly $90 for a couple flimsy balloons that lasted 2 days. Fortunately my wife was able to pick up another balloon bouquet at a nearby grocery store for $20 that was bigger, brighter and much more impressive, so the day wasn't a total loss.

If you want balloons that last longer then one day go local. So disappointed my granddaughter only got one day of fun and they are over priced for what we got. Like someone said read the reviews.

Ordered balloons on Jan 7 for a bday.. as of 5pm on Jan 8 nothing... I called the company and was told “someone should’ve called you to tell u we couldn’t get anyone to deliver the order”.... no one called to let me know this... Horrible company... I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered with them..

Ordered balloons for my mom’s 82nd birthday. I called the company and asked what time they would be delivered on the delivery date. I was told by 5:00pm. My mom waited all afternoon and no one showed up. I called the company again and told them she didn’t receive them. The person who answered the phone was rude and told me they would have to look in to it the following day. The following day came and my mom called and said she found the balloons in the community room, in her apartment building. The company refunded a paltry 7 dollars. They charged me almost 66 dollars. Would never use this company
again. As a matter of fact, I’m still receiving
emails from them and want that to stop. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Overpriced and the person I gave the gift to couldn’t even read the handwriting. And the balloons were not as pictured. So unhappy

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered balloons several days out for my boss after he got home from hospital. Assumed it was done - nope. I got my visa bill that showed it was cancelled. I called company after I found out - and they said they cancelled it because it was too far out. I said "you should have at LEAST called me"... instead I gave nothing to my boss - thinking I DID. Will never use them again.

Balloons were delivered next to a holly bush and Guess What..They all Popped !!!!! Dealt with a very Rude customer service rep. because the Supervisor would not talk to me...
They did offer a refund on my order but no explanation as to why I couldn't get another order delivered...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered expecting “same day delivery” as they stated. Then they told me they could t deliver same day but the price remained the same. I didn’t object. For my 10 year old niece’s birthday, they delivered a birthday ballon bouquet, labeled “Get Well Soon”. My little niece lost her father in February. Her first birthday without her dad.
$98 for 6 balloons and a horrible message. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
