This company is horrible. They are rude and untrustworthy. I never received a confirmation email so I called and was told at 3:10 they were guaranteed to be delivered by 3 since the balloons were going to a business. When I questioned where the order was they called the local delivery company and was told they would arrive by 5. I asked them to cancel my order since it was supposed to arrive by 3 and they refused to cancel. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered balloons for son-in-law's 60th birthday. No delivery - called and they said computer was down and couldn't deliver. Only 5:00 p.m., why couldn't delivery be made after 5 p.m. when computer was operational. Delivery people went home they said. Sorry - no excuses. 0 recommendation for company. Am expecting full refund plus free future order with delivery.

I ordered 18 balloons (latex and Mylar). The balloons arrived on time at noon the day needed. However, by the end of my sons work day the latex balloons were barely floating and by morning they were completely deflated and laying on the floor. When I contacted customer service, they said there’s nothing I can do because latex only lasts a few hours. So, don’t buy latex balloons. And Don’t pay $96 for balloons that all but the four Mylar were still standing. Lesson learned!!

Worst customer service. Sent a bouquet to my son for his birthday, to his job. Called the morning of to ask for a delivery time and the girl was rude. Called back in the afternoon to check again and this lady was worse, it was like my question was a waste of their time. Both customer service reps seemed irritated by the question. To make it worse the delivery person had to call my son as he left work early and raised their voice at him about not being were he was “suppose” to be. I will NEVER use 1-800-balloons again

I had a great experience with 1800-balloons. Ordered my boyfriend the junk food basket with 5 latex balloons and 2 mylar balloons. I placed the order on 5/14/18 for a 5/18/18 delivery. The basket was delivered 5/18/18 at 12:30PM. The basket looked just like it did online. It was full of a lot of delicious snacks! The balloons looked great. I was happy the delivery driver didn't have trouble finding his job because it is a little hard to find. I am very satisfied overall.

I think the "national service fee" of $13.99 and the "hand delivery fee" of $7.00 is a joke and since it is not added on until the end of your order the implication of a lower price is FALSE ADVERTISING at it's finest! AND for shoddy uncaring service!!

Balloons were to be delivered to my 74y/o dad on his bday and I called 2x to insure delivery because as of 4p, I had not received an email confirmation.Their rep assured me that they would be delivered by 6:30p at the latest. An email at 6:45p stated the balloons were delivered,but when I called my dad about his SURPRISE, nothing had been delivered.The next morning I spoke with Vicki, who was EXTREMELY rude;stating her system showed that they were delivered (an obvious lie), but when she called the business, they stated "attempted to deliver the balloons but it was windy and no one was home", yet he was home all day. I asked at the very least could the balloons bouquet be upgraded to compensate for the delivery issue as his birthday was YESTERDAY and at this point he was obviously expecting something, as money wasn't the issue. She gave an immediate "NO". I asked for the number to the contracted business to ask them myself since they made the error, I would have preferred to deal directly with them at this point; again it was a rude "NO" and the most she would do was take $5 off the service fee or I could "cancel the order"; a very unprofessional response! I asked to escalate this matter to a supervisor as I found her options unacceptable, in which she stated she was the supervisor. After asking for "another supervisor", she conveniently was the only one for the day, but I could call tomorrow and speak with another, but then quickly with annoyance in her voice offered 20% off the balloon order, not the overall cost, in which I unhappily accepted to simply get balloons to my father and be done with this transaction. I will never patronize this business again nor recommend to others not necessarily because of the delivery error (things happen) but because of how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL their rep was!

Do not use this service. My balloons were not delivered!!!

Balloons never got delivered and customer service is a joke. I called and left three messages and never once got a call back. I got one email saying they'll be delivered the next day. Never got delivered. Reporting to the better Business Bureau and getting refunded by my cc company. Extremely angry with this company. I Believe it is a scam?

The balloons were not delivered within the time frame I had requested and confirmed with the company. Rather than it being a surprise, I had to tell my son he had a delivery coming so he would not leave the house until the balloons were delivered. The surprise was ruined and my son and family inconvenienced given they were not able to keep their dinner reservations. I could not reach anyone after hours so could not check to see if the balloons were even out for delivery. The balloons arrived ~35 minutes after the agreed-upon deadline for delivery. When I voiced my frustration to the company the next day, I was refunded the $7 delivery charge.

Our delivery was late and due to balloons having a short shelf life we didn't get to enjoy them for as long as I hoped. Paying over $110 for balloons which were delivered late and left in our bushes wasn't the experience I expected.

I talked to customer service and they were not apologetic. At first they offered to refund the $8 delivery fee but upon further dialog was offered 20%.

While the discount was nice, what would have gone a long way is an apology. Not once did they try and understand how their delivery failed to meet our expectations. Apologies are free and go a long way in making amends with customers.
