Ordered 4 beautiful outdoor sconces for a great price. They arrived quickly in great condition except for one of the glass orbs which was broken. Customer service was easy to reach and quickly agreed to send a replacement glass.

Ray Machado was very patient and helpful towards helping me to select the right Chandelier and the bulbs to go with the light structure. He additionally looked for the most economical bulbs that would bring the same beauty to the chandelier. He was excellent at repeating back the information needed for shipping and actually corrected a couple of wrong letters. It was such a nice experience. I am grateful for his service and I hope I get to work with him again.

Great quality and superior customer service. I ordered a gorgeous crystal pendant light in early July. Originally, it looked like the delivery wouldn't be until the end of August but it arrived at the end of July. On installation, I noticed one of the crystals had a chip and contacted customer support. Austin Rangel had the replacement crystal ordered and sent to me within days and it was all done in less than a week. Incredible customer service!!

Lowest price I found (lower than Amazon & Walmart) for a By unter 'Fandelier'. Lampshade was damaged in transit and Capitol Lighting immediate resolved the issue and sent a replacement within 2 days of being notified by me. I would buy with confidence from them again.

Service was excellent! I ordered a pair of side-by-side kitchen ceiling pendant fixtures with beaded glass domes. They arrived in great condition. However, one dome was very lightly seeded, and the other dome was properly and heavily seeded with a mismatch obvious to the casual observer. With my first request, Capitol staff spoke with the vendor and had a replacement sent to us in a couple of days with no hassle or added cost on our part. Our new lighting in our kitchen looks wonderful and gives it a whole new look.
