Excellent and polite service. Easy to get through and speak to someone. Processing for a claim is straight forward and is, in general, fair, clear and straightforward. A somewhat refreshing change.

AVOID at all cost........ absolutely dreadful to deal with, my gearbox was covered by the warranty but due to the time it took me to get a diagnosis and finally a written estimate and with Christmas thrown into the mix they knocked back the claim saying the time from initial call to finally making the claim was unreasonable, this time frame was out of my control and even though I explained this it made no difference to them at all. NOT WORTH THE PAPER THEY ARE WRITTEN ON.

I was sceptical of any warranty company but 2020warranty totally changed my opinion. They were honest, fair, and most importantly covered the costs of issues I had with a second hand car.
They were quick to process my claim.

Knowing that i had to call the warranty left me with anxiety but I got a great service from the time I made the call to getting my car back on the road.

The team went over and beyond ( sorted out recovery, contacted a reputable garage when my chosen repairer didn't want to do the work, sorted out payment to the garage in 15mins ).

Fantastic customer service, answers very quickly via telephone and email. The policy my wife had on her car was great, paid out straight away. Would definitely recommend these guys if you’re wanting to cover your vehicle from garage bills.

Got in contact with 2020 warranty after having an intermittent problem with the heating in my car. They were quick and efficient in letting me know whether this was covered and authorised payment for repairs to be made in the same day.

First of all, every member of staff i spoke to on the phone at 20-20 was lovely - when i first raised my claim they gave me so much advice, i felt like someone really had my back after my car suddenly broke down and faced the prospect of a new engine.

The car overheated when a hose detached from the engine, dumping coolant out and causing the vehicle to break down - 2x AA visits ensued and advice given before it was finally towed to its ultimate resting place.

There is a blanket exclusion for "overheating" on the policy i had - and despite them looking at the claim and advice i'd got from two mechanics, 20-20 stuck to the "overheating" line, despite the REASON for the overheat being completely unpredictable and sudden.

I respect that all policies have to have their exclusions, but given the huge number of reasons that could cause a vehicle to overheat - broadly classing this as an exclusion without seeming to care about the proximate cause of this problem just feels very loop-holey to me.

Again, everyone i spoke to on the phone here has been lovely and really helpful, but the policy itself doesn't seem fit for use or fair value given the number of exclusions.

I'll also be taking this up with the dealership that recommended this product, i wouldn't get a warranty from here again,

I got in contact with 2020 warranty recently due to noticing the engine light appear on my dashboard. I have spoken to many people employed there over the past few weeks and every single person I have spoken to has been so helpful, they knew what they were doing and they were so friendly. I am not a mechanic and I do not know a lot about cars, 2020 warranty helped me to understand the process and issues following my vehicle. The company is fast and efficient and they answer the phone quickly. Another great thing about 2020 is that they can make primary contact with the garage to discuss what would be in the best interest for the customer. I haven’t a bad word to say and I am ultimately pleased with the experience.

Warranty companies get so much hate from people but these guys are fantastic. They are so kind, caring and professional. They genuinely want to help and are amazing at their job!

You never want to call a warranty company, but when your car goes wrong and you need help, that's what you do. Friendly staff, can't remember names, but talked me through getting my car booked in, sent the quote to them and it was fixed with no fuss. They paid for what was expected. No drama, that's all you want really.

DO NOT USE... All I have asked for is for the funds to be released so I can collect my car but due to the shambolic Customer Service, I am now having to wait 15 days for the car to be repaired and for 20-20 warranty to release the funds to the garage so if you do not want the use of your vehicle and would like to wait to collect your car, so that you can use your vehicle, which is under warranty, then please go ahead and use otherwise I would advise to avoid this company under any circumstances.

This is a terrible company to deal with.

1st claim - Argued with garage time allowed. Argued over price of part. Settled £105 of £250.

2nd - faulty EGR. 5yr old car. Refused to pay as said was due to carbon build up.

Threatening email from managing director when a complaint was made.

Avoid at all costs.

EDIT - 22/07/22.Please see below comments from the company. This is exactly what I have had to deal with throughout. I don't have a grudge against Bruce. I'm sure he's a lovely guy. I just wanted my warranty company to fix my car. The mission statement prides itself in "no loop holes." this is not my perception. I will keep this post updated on action and results. I have asked for a final response to an FCA complaint and I'm still waiting.
