Brilliant customer service, although i was leaving them, they were helpful, friendly and gave me a lot of advice.
I wouldn’t bother if i was you! Been with 4th Utility for a year, initial set up and deal was brilliant, can’t fault it, but as soon as they have your money going out each month they give up on you and couldn’t care less. I’ve lost count of the amount of times our internet has ‘broke’ over the last year, and i don’t just mean for an hour or two, 3/4/5/6 days at a time. Takes an hour on hold to speak to anyone in customer service only to be told they know there’s a problem and will fix it, no compensation, no timeline! Same for everyone in my apartment block on 4th Utility, whilst those on Sky have never had there internet go down. Very hard to run a business from home without internet! To top it all off, rang today to give them notice that when my contract ends I do not want it renewed. Was hung up on after 40 minutes on hold, and then took another 20 minutes on hold to speak with someone. Only to be told I had to ring up exactly 30 days before the contract ends, not a day earlier or day later, or else I would be charged an early cancellation fee! I told them this was ridiculous, I was giving MORE than my 30 days notice, but seemingly they try to tell you this in the hope you forget and they are able to take more money from you. After being told this numerous times I asked to speak to the manager, funnily enough two minutes later the same guy comes back and says ‘I can cancel your contract on the day it ends not a problem’, 45 minutes of my life wasted on something that should have taken 2 minutes if he had just said this in the first place rather than try to trick me and get more money out of me. In summary, when I move to my new apartment next month 4th Utility would have to pay me to use their service! Never again!!!!!

I want to point on the team! They are the ASSET! I wish all other technicians are like Joseph and the team, so every installation can be as seamless as the one I experienced.

Callum was very knowledgeable on specific questions I had for him,took his time to go through everything,perfect front of team staff member to have fronting your business.
The deal with a salesperson is slightly better than just online,looking forward to hoping Rise and speaking to Callum again on the renewal package.
Well done all at Rise and Sky lose aanother good customer as they are stuck in their ways of not re negotiating until it’s too late,the e mails from Sky have already arrived,happy to go with Rise as a new customer.

Well, the original salesman was great , but he seems to have forged ahead without any date confirmation of service even though I advised it would be possibly til mid May . Tommy took lots of notes and cancelled the contract until I’m ready to give a move in date to require WiFi . Hopefully he made notes of everything as your offer to become a customer so long as it’s reasonably good connections, is just what I need .
