Sadly they are just as poor at customer service as some of the legacy providers.
Install took place and line worked for a few hours before I lost connection, took ages to get thought to anyone on phone, finally did and told was a city fibre issue and would take 24hrs to sort. Well it took 48. But fine. I had been happy for a few months following this so, used my "refer a neighbour" link to sign my father in-law up. this should of given him 3 free months and me a £100 voucher. He now hasn't got his free months and I don't have my voucher. When we called, told the link didn't work. Passed around the houses as no-one knew what to do. finally told they would put a credit on his account for value of free months and i'd have to call for voucher once his sorted. well, he still doesn't have this credit. clearly lied to assumably to just get us off phone. appalling service with no one able to take accountability or ownership. very disappointed now

Fantastic company and customer service, been with them 3 years odd now and can not fault them or the services they provide. Reliable speed and connection constantly.

4th Utility called me and offered me a sweet deal over the phone. Service was provided on the date promised. The setup of the router is so simple. The app is good. Very happy.

Called needing some help with my newbroadband set up and found the whole experience very straightforward. Toby F took my call and was polite, friendly and incredibly helpful and understanding. He talked me through step by step what I needed to do and also kept me informed of what he was doing so didnt leave me waiting on the end of the phone. Great customer service, Tobi is an asset to the company!
