Broadband set up
Called needing some help with my newbroadband set up and found the whole experience very straightforward. Toby F took my call and was polite, friendly and incredibly helpful and understanding. He talked me through step by step what I needed to do and also kept me informed of what he was doing so didnt leave me waiting on the end of the phone. Great customer service, Tobi is an asset to the company!

4th Utility. Liam couldn't have been more helpful in explaining how the switch to 4thUtilty works. He was able to advice on best value deal that suited my usage.
Liam was able to explained the switching process clearly and made the necessary arrangements very quickly. I feel that my deal matched to my Internet usage. Would recommend.

A clear and helpful resolution of my problem
Riyaaz was a good listener as I needed their muddle re my Direct Debit sorting out. He explained things from their side clearly and confirmed that all is now in order for my broadband transfer to them.
