It was a query about the renewal price of my contract , my call was taken by David Cordwell who was friendly and efficient and sorted out a renewal quote for the next two years !!

Spoke to young lady called kay done online was getting changed off virgin for swapping provider earlier she sorted for me so no charge off virgin

This is a follow on from my original review. 4th September. I received a response to my review asking for further information so it can be investigated personally, i sent them and added to my review the complaint ref number and the date, 11 days later heard nothing, i asked them to send a new router out, Which they did ( took a week ) with the the new router the problems are a lot better but we still get some buffering and my laptop drops internet. Only happens on a night time. I would guess this is when other people in the area are using the same cables.

Haven’t used the service yet, but can confirm customer service and information from the telehandler luke was prompt, helpful, kind and helped us get a month free so high quality customer service.
