I called today and spoke to David Cordwell, he is a true example of retention service. I was unhappy with my bill being increased with the performance of my broadband not being that great, I explained what was happening and David pretty much gifted me an upgrade, half my monthly bills for 6 months and gave me 2 months free.

I had a really positive experience speaking with Kay over the phone. She was friendly, patient and very helpful throughout the conversation. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly and made sure my issue was resolved. I really appreciated her professionalism and the way she handled the call. Came back from a holiday with my WIFI completely down, no outstanding bills or anything. On hold for 20 mins impossible to reach their customer service.

Update - after about 30 minutes on hold managed to get a hold of someone who gave me instructions for some troubleshooting tips. The router which I only got a month ago was not responding to any of them. He said he would get a new one shipped out as a replacement because it’s faulty (even though I only got it a month ago).

I don’t hear anything from them the next day about dispatch info and have to ring them back. I then find out that actually my request for a new router was never even submitted, the previous person that helped me just never filled out the details and just left the request open and was going to get rejected. I then kindly asked for the request to be resubmitted but still have not received any info about the router actually being dispatched. All while im paying for a service im not getting plus doesn’t seem like its going to get resolved any time soon.

Jay/Jamie Y was great to talk to during my call with him. Answered all the questions I had and explained all the steps for setting up internet in my new home.

Shawn was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my new contract for my house move sorted with no issues at all.

Had issues trying to set my new internet box out and got the problem sorted by a lady called Sara. Great customer service.
