I needed to replace motor of Access…
I needed to replace motor of Access roller garage door which had given me sterling service for over 20 years. After considering the options and warranty terms I opted for replacement and a new Seceuroglide door. I had an agreed price and expected completion of the work within 2 weeks.
Then because I had sudden medical problems the job could not be completed for 3 months. Access kindly held the price for me. The new door is performing as expected.
All the staff were really helpful and everything sorted easily - a really good experience.

Dear Mr Coke, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. It means a great deal to know your previous Access garage door served you well for more than 20 years, and we’re very pleased to have been able to help you again when the time came to replace it. We were also more than happy to accommodate the change in circumstances and make things a little easier for you. Thank you for coming back to Access Garage Doors after all these years - we hope your new SeceuroGlide gives you many more years of trouble-free service.
Excellent Service and Finish
The process with Access Garage Doors was seamless from enquiry through to delivery. I had a slightly complicated garage door replacement due to restrictions with pipework, and another company had previously told me that a roller shutter door would not be possible.
However, when Access Garage Doors came out, they took the time to properly assess the situation and come up with a solution. In the end, it was possible, and the door was fitted perfectly.
Jason, who fitted the door, did a fantastic job and I’m really happy with the finish. Nothing but praise, highly recommended.

We really appreciate you putting your trust in Access Garage Doors and hope you enjoy your new electric garage door for many years to come.
Door to Door
Our initial experience was disappointing because, as it turns out, our garage ceiling is bowed and this went unnoticed on the initial assessment. As a result, the door fitted the aperture correctly but wouldn't open. A second surveyor identified the problem and the door was re-installed and mounted at a slight forward angle. This allows it to clear both the ceiling and the ground beneath. Pleasant and skilled operatives but some administrative hiccoughs (i.e. being sent the wrong invoice etc.) There was also a delay of nearly a month before the new door was installed and operational.

Antwoord van Access Garage Doors Ltd.
Hi John, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry the unusual combination of the external floor level and bowed internal ceiling caused complications with the initial installation. Once the issue became clear, we’re pleased our team was able to reassess the situation and find a solution that allowed the door to operate correctly. We also appreciate your patience while the additional visits were arranged and your comments regarding the administrative hiccups along the way. Thank you for recognising the work of our installation team, and we hope you’re now very happy with the finished result.
