Texture of dress is soft and easy to wear.

I have been satisfied with all 4 dresses here.

DO NOT BUY from this company! Wish I had come here first. Cheap material and only will give store credit. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Chinese company posing as a US company.

Did not expect much. It's fine.

On Jun 21st , I purchased a pantsuit from aflareboutique. When I received it it was wrinkled and stuffed in a plastic bag. I tried it on and the merchandise did not fit. I returned the merchandise after I had to go through alot of crap to return it and now I have yet to receive a refund. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company because the merchandise is cheaply made and they charge you an arm and a leg for their poorly put together merchandise.

This is the worst company to deal with. Masks as an American storefront, but all items come from China. The quality is terrible and they expect you to pay for your returns back to China. They do not refund to original payment method and will only offer store credit. They even make you pay for a return when they send you the wrong item. Buyer beware, play it safe and stay away

The fabric is stadnard but can be use for simplw occasion.

Terrible company. Buyer beware. I saw that the company was in California. That’s not true. It’s a shell company for China. Clothes clearly do not look like their photos and the sizing is way off base. Cheaply made too. And when they respond to this review, it’s false too. Their customer support is horrible and their phone number doesn’t even connect. Why take a store credit for items I would never buy? Worst mistake ever! Lesson learned.

Extremely poor. I wrote them numerous emails about the size and how to exchange the dress. Completely ignored my requests. Beware I wouldn’t deal with this company. Dresses are smaller than what it says in ad. Stay away!

Terrible cheap product, not sized properly and when I wanted to return it, they said I had to pay to ship it to China for a full refund. Offered "store credit" but why would I want to potentially have to send something else back to China. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I normally do not talk negative about a company but A Flair Boutique is cheap. Please do not order the quality is very misleading beautiful pictures of items. I ordered a blue jean jumpsuit it is way too short it is a Capri length. Buyer Be Ware.

I ordered two dresses from this company. Shipping took WEEKS, and I later learned the items ship from China. That isn't disclosed clearly at checkout.

The dresses looked nothing like the photos. They were shapeless and sized for someone many times larger than the listed size. The fabric was thin and plastic-feeling, and both arrived with a strong fishy odor.

I started a return a month ago. Over the past month, customer service asked for order documentation, then photos, then a form, one request at a time, each only after I'd completed the last one. A process designed specifically to wear down their customer.

At the end, I was offered two options:
Pay to ship the items back to China myself, with no guarantee they arrive.
Accept a 50% refund as store credit that can only be spent with them.

In other words, there's no realistic way to get your money back for a defective product.

If you've already ordered, keep every email and photo, and contact your credit card company about a dispute rather than waiting on their return process.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Received my dress which was way larger than the size ordered, low quality. Given HUGH run around to return...had to send PDF info, pictures of item. Then they say to return you have to pay to have it shipped back to CHINA! AND fill out ANOTHER pdf with exactly the same info I just sent them!!! Or they would give a courtesy 50% back...oh but not money back...STORE CREDIT! They should be shut down for fraudulent misinformation. TOTAL SCAMMERS!

Terrible customer service. They sent the wrong color item. When asked what to do I was told pay for the return of the wrong myself or get 50% store credit. Terrible company.

I’m so sorry I didn’t read these reviews before purchasing 2 dresses. They came with no tags and were squished into one small plastic bag that had been damaged.

I went through the same multi email process that other people reviewing here did! Frustrating that there is always another email and more forms to fill out. Only to be told they would give me 50% back in form of store credit…. I could continue this amazingly frustrating process and ultimately end up paying more to ship the dresses back than they cost to begin with…

I will donate the dresses and tell you all “please do not order from this company!!”
