If I could give this company below a 0 rating, I would! This company is not legit. They disguise themselves as a US company but their products ship from China to their warehouse in Montebello CA to you. There merchandise is crap. If you want to return the item, they require you to ship the item back to China or offer 85% discount on your next order. They will not refund you your money. Do not order from this company unless you want to throw your money away.

This place is a SCAM. Same stuff from Shein they sell at a markup. Comes from China and takes forever to come in. It didn't fit AND I went by the chart, to exchange they wanted 20$ !! requested a return

I am so dissapointed in this store.First the dress was not what I spected.Not only did it come a day late but it didnt fit in the bust.When I asked how to get a refund, they DONT give a refund you have to go through amission and pay shipping cost to Shina or get and 85% credit to buy something else.

The website advertises a 60-day return policy, but when I attempted to return my order, I was told I would need to ship the items back to China at my own expense. The process also required multiple photos, ongoing communication, and extensive documentation.

The company repeatedly encouraged me to keep the items and accept a partial refund instead. However, their emails stated that refunds are issued as store credit, not returned to the original payment method. That was not what I expected when I saw a 60-day return policy advertised.

Customers should be aware that returning items may involve international shipping costs, lengthy processing times, and store credit rather than a traditional refund. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

However, buried in their emails was the disclosure that refunds are actually issued as store credit. In other words, what was presented as a refund was not a refund to my original payment method at all.

The entire process felt designed to discourage returns. A company that advertises a 60-day return policy should not require customers to pay international shipping costs to China, jump through multiple documentation requirements, wait several weeks for processing, and then receive store credit instead of an actual refund.

Between the poor-quality materials, long shipping times, lack of transparency about products shipping from China, and a return policy that is far more restrictive than it initially appears, I cannot recommend A Flair Boutique and will not be shopping there again.

Everything they offer can be purchased on other sites for half the price

The dresses were fine. The return experience has been a 10 day challenge with no resolution yet. I am waiting to get a return code. I’ve completed two long forms with all my info that they should already have. Frustrating, and feels very scammy. I do not recommend. Update: now they’ve offered 85% in-store credit or return items to China at my expense. Avoid this site.

Absolutely love the quality of this jacket, it feels so premium and warm
