I purchased the Effortless Brown Maxi dress. It is NOTHING as described!! It is a yellowy/mustard color! It does not have a side slit. The material is heavy and bulky! NOT flowy at all. The belt is cheap joke! I filed a return and had to fill out to ridiculous forms only to find out the hassle of the return gets even worse. The refund that they are going to honor is a 'store credit'! As if I would want their cheap and ugly products!!

"I will take the partial refund credit. You have made this such a hassle, and your products are cheaply made and nothing like as advertised! This is a ridiculous system! I have followed your idiotic procedures only to have an unsatisfactory experience and customer service! Their return policy on their website does not match the email that they are going to send you once you try to start the return process. You will have to ship it internationally and you will have to pay for that if you want a full refund to your payment of method. Or they’ll let you keep the clothes and give you a partial in store credit.. why would someone want an in-store credit on clothes that they are returning because they are very poor quality.. shipping internationally is about $75 or more.

Do not buy here. The pics of clothes are AI then they sew something trying to match the ai generated pic! Scam!

Low quality, terrible customer service when the package wasn't delivered (no one to contact, it was some Chinese mail company and customer service basically said to handle it myself by going in person to the warehouse...but because it didn't have a local carrier, that was impossible to find), uber terrible return experience (after a laborious process which included filling out TWO documents I was told I have to pay myself to ship the items back to China in another laborious process involving photos of the items and every step) Terrible terrible experience, stay away!!!

Buyers beware!!!! what you see is not what you will get. I wish there was a way that I can post a photo with the side-by-side comparison of what I ordered compared to what I received, but it was pathetic. I have been emailing them back-and-forth about refunding to my method payment but, they only want to give me a store credit. Do not trust this website. They also claimed that if I wanted to return it, they would have to go back to China because they ran out of the original dress in outsourced it and I would have to cover the cost. I explained to them no, you did not send me what I ordered, and I will not be responsible for any type of return cost. They continue to insist to issue me a store credit which I will continue to refuse. I’m a military veteran of 26 years, and very rarely leave a bad review. I will post pictures to Google and wherever else I can to protect other buyers out there.

I strongly feel the good reviews here are fake. The quality and appearance of their clothing is NOTHING like it is portrayed online. I purchased a floral maxi dress that I wanted to wear for an event and when it showed up, you could clearly see this was not made by a professional seamstress. The stitches were awkward and the material of the dress felt cheap. They claim to be a NY online store but they get everything made and shipped from China. I emailed them requesting a refund and they said I would have to incur rhe shipping cost to CHINA and provide photos of the clothing so they can carefully review the condition. My other option for a refund was to keep the dress and they would provide a store credit only! And I woukd have to fill out additional form on top of the ones i had to fill out in the beginning. This is by far a scam! Do not buy from this company!

Oh and each email reaponsw came with a different form I had to fill out...Waste of money and time.

Terrible choice to buy from this company. It does not offer free returns. You end up spending $50+ dollars to return by the time you pay international shipping, taxes, etc. Loathing was extremely cheaply made.

Do not purchase from them - The dress was a terrible quality and not at all what was pictured (false advertising). They also do not offer their return policy on their website.

It looks like I will have to pursue a charge back with my credit card company and report them.

This is a fraudulent company! I ordered my mom an outfit and it was huge. I had to email them in order to return it. After filling out SIX pages of paperwork for the return, I was told I could either return the product to China, or get a partial refund. They said the China option would take a very long time and I would have to show proof I returned it, blah blah blah. I chose the partial refund. I had to fill out MORE paperwork. Then I am told the partial refund was for a store credit. Do not order from this company!

AVOID THEM. they are scam. I bought 2 pieces of clothes. They were very low quality. I wanted to rerun them, They asked me to fill out several forms and sign and send back to them. Finally after 11 emails, they said that I had to return and pay for shipment myself. have to return it ti China and that also will have several steps, including taking picture form each step. They also gave me an option to keep their low quality product and they would me store credit. Don't buy from them.

The flannel dress fabric was nearly plastic.

I easily do 75 percent of my shopping online and when I tell you that this company is one of THE WORST that I have EVER encountered. They are unethical. They are deceptive. They are simply looking for ways to get your money while you receive NOTHING LIKE what you thought you would get in return. Scammers indeed.

1) They use fake photos to represent their products which look like they cost no more than $10 to make. In fact, I am going to have an organization look into if they are treating their workers well. If they are scamming consumers, they very well may be scamming their employees too.

2) They act like they are a local company (why does it have New York in the name when their business address is Sacramento, California?) when things actually ship from and you have to return them to China. There is ZERO EVIDENCE of China being involved on the site.

3) One of their BIGGEST LIES is they claim that they have a "60-day hassle-free return policy" when, in actuality, they lie about what they are sending, overcharge you for the cheap items and then badger you into taking a store credit. When you refuse, then they make it exhaustingly frustrating to return the item by making you fill out forms, take pictures and spend about half of what the item initially cost (on your dime) to send it back. WHAT IS HASSLE-FREE ABOUT THAT? Even my post office agent wondered if the return address IN CHINA is legit because it was too long to put on a customs form.

Never trust this company. They are dishonest and deceptive from start to finish.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Horrific company. They should be forced to close. Product came defected, uneven waist line, can't even wear it! Best they can do is a store credit?? My credit card company will be doing a charge back. But, who wants to go through all that??

Do not buy here these are scammers selling fake clothes nothing like show in the pictures. Buyers be aware once you spend here you will lose your money

Just awful. They are not local. The quality is poor. Returning is made incredibly difficult. The clothes don’t match the picture. Buyer beware.

Update- they respond and as if they want to help but all they do is send another form to complete and will not release refund instructions. SCAMMERS already filled out one so clearly a tactic.

The website says hassle free returns and in order to return merchandise you need to provide your order number. I sent my email requesting to return the item since it was absolutely not what it appeared on the website and provided my order number. I received a long email back with them telling me they are looking out for my privacy, but they need me to fill out this extensive return fo with all of my personal information, including part of my credit card, and they insist on a screen shot of my entire order with all of my information to prove it is me. I wrote them and said that they should have all of my information with just my order number. They wrote me back and creatively said they will not return the merchandise unless I give them all of my personal information. While their website says hassle free”hassle free returns”, they are putting my personal information at risk in order to return an item that is just subpar. I have no idea who is asking for my personal information and they are creatively asking for it under the umbrella of they are looking out for me. I will never order from this company again and their business practices are suspect. What a waste of money and I will be notifying my bank and BBB.

If I could give zero stars I would. The dress looks nothing like the picture or website description. When I tried to start an "easy, hassle-free return" they told me I'd have to fill out multiple forms and pay shipping fees to CHINA! Then they offered a partial refund in the form of store credit only. I don't want store credit becasue I'd never order from this shady site again! Buyer beware!!

Fool me once shame on you! I wish I would have read reviews before I spent $134 with this company, Wasted money! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Clothes looks nothing like what I ordered.What I received was a prototype.fake and ugly. I unsubscribe to there emails and reported them as well.Because of this company I will never ever order a dam thing on SHOP.I even deleted the app.SHAMEFUL!!!

If I could give this company below a 0 rating, I would! This company is not legit. They disguise themselves as a US company but their products ship from China to their warehouse in Montebello CA to you. There merchandise is crap. If you want to return the item, they require you to ship the item back to China or offer 85% discount on your next order. They will not refund you your money. Do not order from this company unless you want to throw your money away.
