This place is a scam. What I bought and what I got was 2 different things. The quality was crap and the material cheap. The return (well there is no return or refund process) they give store credit or you send the pkg back to china. Buyer beware

If I could give zero stars I would. This will teach me to read online reviews before I order. As many have stated, returns are a nightmare. I emailed them and said I wanted to return the item and told them why. So they send me this form to fill out it has to be filled out in PDF form. And I have to include photos of their confirmation email in this PDF. So I do that and then they send me back another form that I have to fill out stating why I want to return it. And there are a lot of questions on these forms. Useless questions that they should have answers to. Finally, I get an email that says I can return it, but I have to send it to China and pay any customs and shipping. And I have to send a video and pictures of my packing and shipping procedure. Or, they can offer me a 50% refund. Now somewhere in that email that I didn’t see at first it says that refund would be in Store credit. I told him I didn’t want Store credit. I wanted it back on my credit card. All they have done is give me Store credit. I am very upset with this company and recommend nobody, nobody order from them. I hope if you’re reading this that you haven’t ordered yet.
After reading the companies response, I will not bother to contact them. They have proven time and time again that they have no desire to actually resolve it. They’ve sent email replies over and over that basically say this is our policy. I’m done wasting my time with them. And as for the “store credit“ it wasn’t enough to even buy anything on their site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! scam scam scam alert! I bought two dresses from this website when they came the quality and craftsmanship of the dresses was so poor it honestly looks like it was zipped through a home, sewing machine in under five minutes. I couldn’t wear either of the dresses I ordered, and when I asked for a refund, I was told in order for a full refund. I would have to send back the addresses or I could do an 85% store credit refund so really they’re keeping your money either way.

Chinese “shop” BEWARE!!
Outfit ordered for special event. Nice fabric but sizing completely off, should have been 14, apparently 8-10. Also pants were not constructed correctly— no back to them. Tried to return. Here is where it gets tricky. Despite claims of hassle-free returns, lots and lots of red tape. Must return to China at own cost, photograph every step in detail, and refund can only be a store credit! Beware!!! Truly not worth the hassle!

I would give this company "zero" stars…
I would give this company "zero" stars if I could. The shipping is terrible because this is truly a Chinese company. The 10-14 day delivery is NOT correct. The dress I ordered took 26 days to arrive. The dress looked nothing like the online picture. No lining, no label, no tags, nothing. The dress was like a huge tent. I emailed and emailed about a return. They will only give you "partial" store credit. They will not credit your credit card- this is definately buyer beware. If you want you money back for a "full refund" you must return the item in the original shipping bag to CHINA. The cost to ship it back will not cover the cost the price you paid and they know that. International shipping, tracking, & customs fees. They will do everything possible to prevent a full refund. They are not looking for any repeat customers. That why they "recommend" partial store credits. Its definately not worth the hassel when you could purchase from a legitment business that has good customer service.

DECEPTIVE DROPSHIPPER: Claims CA Address, Forces Returns to China & Refuses Refunds
DO NOT BUY FROM A FLAIR BOUTIQUE. As others have correctly noted, they advertise as a US/California business to lure buyers, but force you to pay out-of-pocket to ship returns to China. When you request a return, they drag you through weeks of fake "verification" forms and photo demands, only to refuse a monetary refund and push store credit or a 50% partial refund. I requested a simple return on July 12, and after over a month of stall tactics, they refuse to provide a return label. Total scam and deceptive trade practices.

Terrible! Sizing is not US sizing. The medium is short in the torso, not flowy as in the pic, took a month to be delivered and impossible to return. Do NOT purchase from this company. There is nothing New York about it. Straight from China.

If I could give this company a negative review I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a scam! I ordered a brown dress to wear to my son's upcoming wedding, After I FINALLY received my package it was a different black dress and not even the color that I ordered. They list that they have a hassle free return policy; they do not! They do not answer the phone number given and it doesn't have a voicemail either. After going through many emails and them requesting pictures, signatures, proof of purchase, proof of date and credit card that I used they told me that I would have to send the dress to their China distribution center at my cost and would have to send them more information before doing so OR they would give me 50% in store credit which they suggested that I do, of course. It isn't that I simply don't like the dress it's that they didn't even send me the correct dress that I ordered! The dress they did send is of VERY LOW quality.

This is a horrible fraudulent company
This is a horrible fraudulent company. The jumpsuit I received was sized impossibly wrong. Really tiny and short in the torso. And I am short waisted.
The fabric was so thin and of such poor quality it was see through.
They make it impossible and very expensive to return.
They wear you down with 3 long forms to fill out with extensive information.
Their product is drop shipped from China and you must track and send back there which costs you as much as the garment.
They will finally after you go through all this offer half back.
Clearly the “positive reviews” are written by them. All you have to do is read them to know.
I did NOT do my homework. DO NOT order from this sham of a company!

This is a China-based online store that requires international shipping times for orders. I ordered an item 7/13 and it hadn’t even shipped by 8/1 despite their website saying orders will arrive in 5-7 business days. When I requested they cancel the order and issue a refund, they ignored multiple requests. I had to file a claim with my credit card to get a refund. The dress never arrived over a month later.

I ordered shoes to wear for my daughter's wedding. First of all, the communication about delivery was poor. I had very little idea of when or how they would arrive. When they finally arrived, ten days after I ordered them, I found the shoes to be too tight, and while they looked dressy, they were poorly constructed. Then began the communication with A Flair to return the shoes. Several emails were exchanged in which they kept asking for more and more information. Finally, they said I could return the shoes to China (!) or, I could keep the shoes and they will give me a store credit for 1/2 the price of the shoes. I will just keep the shoes and write this off as lessons learned, because I will never order anything from them again.

I will never shop here again. The product does not look like the picture, the size didn’t even remotely fit me, the zipper was stuck on the fabric and worst of all, their return policy is absolutely criminal. They make you jump through all these hoops by filling out multiple forms only to end with a long daunting process to only get either a partial refund or some store credit. Buyer beware!
